And whereas by an Order in Council made on the twentieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-third day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nine, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Runanga Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the nineteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
HENRY COPPERSMITH,
GEORGE MILLAR,
JAMES NEILSON,
JOHN SOUTHWARD, and
WILLIAM WARBURTON
to be the Runanga Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and Runanga Library, Runanga, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
RUNANGA DOMAIN, GREY COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by admeasurement 19 acres 3 roods 16 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 361, Block XXXIX, Town of Runanga. Bounded towards the north by Millar Street, 1067 links; towards the east by right lines bounding the Railway Reserve, 193·6, 911·7, 569·5, and 776·2 links respectively; towards the south-west by Greymouth Road, 684·1, 367·7, and 1714·2 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 1155/3, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of September, 1916.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and nine, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Motutara Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
VINCENT FREDERICK KERR TAYLOR,
JOHN DURKHAM FOSTER, and
EDWIN PARORE MITCHELSON
to be the Motutara Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Waimate Coronation Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
MOTUTARA DOMAIN, WAITEMATA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 47 acres 1 rood 24 perches, more or less, being the northern portion of Section No. 2, Block IX, Kumeu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by the west portion of Taupaki Block; towards the south-east by Motutara Block, 1750 and 1500 links; and towards the west generally by a reservation one chain wide running along high-water mark of the sea.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 25 acres 2 roods 32 perches, more or less, being the southern portion of Section No. 2, Block IX, Kumeu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Motutara Block, 585 and 2625 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 32, Block XI, Kumeu Survey District, the abutment of a road, and Native land; and towards the west generally by a reservation one chain wide running along high-water mark of the sea.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. 1158/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, appoint any local authority to be a Domain Board having, subject to the said Act, control of any public domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the Piha Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the
AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL
to be the Piha Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Thursday, the fifth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, at seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Hall, Auckland, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PIHA DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being part of Section No. 39 of the Parish of Karangahape, containing by admeasurement 146 acres 0 roods 20 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the east generally by a public road, by the crossing of the said road, by other part of Section No. 39 of the Parish of Karangahape, by a public road, by the crossing of a road, and by a public road; towards the south generally by a public road; towards the south-west by north-east portion of Section No. 40 of the Parish of Karangahape; and towards the north-west generally by a public road and by other part of Section No. 39 to the point of commencement: excepting from the above-described area a road 100 links wide which intersects the said area. As the same is delineated on the plan marked S.G. 57182/9B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
