Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authority conferred on him by section seventeen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1912, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare the said James Holden, of Waitomo, to be a European.

Declaring Portion of Tutaetoko Track, in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of September, 1916.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Tutaetoko Track, situated in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, commencing at its junction with the Otara Main Road, near the confluence of the Otara River and Tutaetoko Stream, and proceeding thence in a south-westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Blocks XII and XI, Opotiki Survey District, and Blocks III and IV, Waioeka Survey District, and terminating at the south-eastern corner of Section 7, Block III, Waioeka Survey District; being a distance of six miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40911, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured brown, and marked A A.

Declaring Portions of Road in Block VI, Aria Survey District, to be a Government Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of September, 1916.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared a Government road: 2 acres 2 roods 2·1 perches and 3 roods 21·4 perches.

Adjoining Sections 16 and 17, Block VI, Aria Survey District (Taranaki R.D.).

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40866, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Portion of river-bed, Blocks I, Piopiotea, and I, Hunua Survey Districts.

In the Auckland and Wellington Land Districts; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 40475, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured pink.

Declaring a Road in the Borough of Woodville to be a Street.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of September, 1916.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that a certain road at Woodville, on the Palmerston North—Port Ahuriri Railway, situated in the Borough of Woodville, and described in the Schedule hereto, and which said road has hitherto been a Government road within the meaning of the said Act, shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control and management of the Woodville Borough Council.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 2 roods 32 perches.

Portion of railway reserve (S.O. 535, green).

Situated in Block IV, Woodville Survey District, Borough of Woodville.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 23918, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.
