IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke a Warrant dated the sixth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, appointing trustees for the Mokau Cemetery; and do hereby appoint

ALLEN GODFREY SAMPSON,
GEORGE HERBERT LAKE,
LEWELLYN ROBERT JONES, and
JAMES BERNARD CARR
to be trustees to provide for the care and management of the Mokau Public Cemetery described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
MOKAU PUBLIC CEMETERY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 1 rood, more or less, being Section 1, Block I, Village of Mokau, Awakino Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Oha Street, 250 links; towards the east by Tainui Street, 100 links; towards the south by Section 2, Block I, Village of Mokau, 250 links; and towards the west by Aria Terrace, 100 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/276, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 4233, blue.)

Amending Notice setting aside Timber-cutting Areas under the Mining Act, 1908.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by notice dated the thirty-first day of August, one thousand nine hundred, and published in the Gazette of the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred, the Counties of Buller, Inangahua, Grey, and Westland were, pursuant to section thirteen of the Mining Act Amendment Act, 1899, defined as areas within which timber licenses and other timber-cutting rights might be granted under section two hundred and twenty-seven of the Land Act, 1892:
And whereas it is expedient to revoke the said notice in so far as it relates to the lands described in the Schedule hereto:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities contained in section one hundred and forty-seven of the Mining Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in this behalf, do hereby amend the notice hereinbefore referred to by excluding from the areas defined therein the lands described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Westland Land District, containing by estimation 41,200 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks VI, VII, IX, X, and XI, Kopara Survey District, Blocks XI, XII, XIII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Te Kinga Survey District, Blocks I, II, III, VI, and VII, Otira Survey District, and Block I, Taramakau Survey District. Commencing at a point on the south-western boundary of Kopara Survey District, the said point being the north-east corner of part of Subdivision No. 1 of Section No. 856, and bounded thence by a right line to Trig. G.H. (Granite Hill); thence by a right line to Trig. A.Q. (Bell Hill); thence by a right line running due east for a distance of 10900 links; thence by a right line bearing 120 degrees, 4200 links; thence by a line bearing 210 degrees, 4100 links; thence by a line bearing 155 degrees, 12770 links; thence by a line bearing 30 degrees to the reserve along the southern shore of Lake Haupiri; thence by the said reserve to Fraser Creek; thence by the said creek to the north-western boundary of Section No. 6, Block VII, Kopara Survey District; thence by the said Section No. 6, by Sections Nos. 2694, 3031, and 1, Block XI, Kopara Survey District, by Runs Nos. 71 and 5 to the northern bank of the Taramakau River; thence by the said bank of the Taramakau River, by Sections Nos. 2218 and 727, Block VI, Otira Survey District, again by the said bank of the Taramakau River, by Section No. 2220, Block II, Otira Survey District, again by the northern bank of the Taramakau River to a point due south of the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 2562, Block I, Otira Survey District; thence by a right line due north to and by the last-mentioned section and by Section No. 2208 of the said Block I to the eastern boundary-line of part of Subdivision No. 1 of Section No. 868; thence by the said part of Subdivision No. 1 to Slaty Creek; thence by the said creek to a point in line with the south-east boundary-line of Section No. 3192, Block XIV, Te Kinga Survey District; thence by a right line to and by the said Section No. 3192, by Section No. 2852, Block XI, Te Kinga Survey District, by Sawmill Area No. 162/09, and by the production of its south-eastern boundary-line to the southern bank of Crooked River; thence along the said bank to a point in line with the western boundary-line of Section No. 3352, Block XI aforesaid; thence by a right line to and by the said Section No. 3352 and its north-eastern boundary-line produced to the northern bank of Evans River; thence along the northern bank of the Evans River and Crooked River to the south-eastern boundary-line of part of Subdivision No. 1 of Section No. 856 aforesaid, and by that subdivision to the point of commencement.
Also all that area in the Westland Land District, containing by estimation 8,800 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks VII, VIII, and XI, Otira Survey District, and Block V, Taramakau Survey District. Commencing on the southern bank of the Taramakau River at a point in line with the southern boundary of Section No. 800, Block VII, Otira Survey District, and bounded thence towards the north by the said bank to the north-east corner of Block V, Taramakau Survey District; thence towards the south-east by a right line to the intersection of the south boundary of the said Block V with the right bank of the Otehake River; thence towards the south by the north boundary of Block IX, Taramakau Survey District, and the north boundaries of Blocks XII and XI, Otira Survey District, to the bush-line situated about 6000 links due west of the north-east corner of Block XI, Otira Survey District; thence again towards the south-east by the said bush-line to the source of Slip Creek, and by that creek to its confluence with Deception River; thence towards the west generally by the right bank of Deception River to a point in line with the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 2848; thence by a right line to and by the eastern boundary of the said Section No. 2848 and the production of its eastern boundary-line to the south-eastern bank of the Otira River; thence by the said bank of the Otira River to a point in line with the southern boundary-line of Section No. 800 aforesaid; thence again towards the north by a right line to and by the southern boundary of the said Section No. 800 to the point of commencement.
Be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 11/69, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
