IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND,
OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT.

In the matter of section 204 of the Companies Act, 1908, and of Rules 23 and 56 thereunder; and in the matter of the Outram Societies Hall Company (Limited).

THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the first day of September, 1915, to send in their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to the Official Assignee under the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, of the District of Otago and Southland, at 1 Crawford Street, Dunedin, the Official Liquidator of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Official Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Judge’s Chambers in the Supreme Court House at Dunedin, at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Friday, the tenth day of September, 1915, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Judge’s Chambers, Supreme Court House, Dunedin, is appointed for hearing and adjudicating upon the debts and claims.

COUNTY OF HOROWHENUA.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND IN HOROWHENUA 3E NO. 2, UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908, FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING A PUBLIC ROAD.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Horowhenua County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, proposes to execute a certain public work—namely, the extension of the Tararua Road to connect with Gladstone Road; and for the purposes of such public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the County Clerk for the Horowhenua County in Oxford Street, Levin, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land must, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of such public work or the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the said County Clerk at his said office.
