Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2A 4s is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Nuhaka on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the Nuhaka 2A 4s Block be leased to James Middleton Taylor, of Opoho, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per cent. per annum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements. Lease to contain the usual covenants.”

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

LEASE No. 3579, of Lot 20 on plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Auckland, under No. 3016, which said parcel of land is portion of Section 4 of the Suburbs of Rotorua, from EDWIN ROBERTSON to JOHN HOBAN: The lessor having re-entered and recovered possession of the above land for non-payment of rent, it is my intention to notify such re-entry upon the Register at the expiration of one month from the 19th August, 1915.
