REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Ræotepapa South No. 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Paeroa on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1,450.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Horowhenua 3E No. 1, Section 5, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Levin on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, containing 8 acres, be leased to J. W. Perkins for a period of twenty-one years at a rental equal to at least 5 per cent. on and up to date of Government valuation.”

“That the said land, containing 5 acres 2 roods, be leased to J. W. Perkins for a period of twenty-one years at a rental equal at least to 5 per cent. on and up to date of Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waimarino B No. 3B No. 2A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the whole of the land or any part thereof shall be sold to the Crown at the price of £1 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Nuhaka 2A 4P is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Nuhaka on Friday, the 27th day of August, 1915, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That Nuhaka 2A 4P Block be leased to James Middleton Taylor, of Opoho, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per cent. per annum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per cent. per annum of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements. Lease to contain the usual covenants.”
