Finegand Public Abattoir, Clutha County, made available for the Purposes of the Borough of Balclutha.—Notice No. 1788.

IN pursuance of paragraph (f) of section 15 of the Slaughtering and Inspection Act, 1908, it is hereby notified that the abattoir established by the Clutha County Council for the district comprising that portion of the Clutha County known as the Finegand Abattoir District has, by agreement between the said County Council and the Council of the Borough of Balclutha, been made available for the purposes of the district comprising the said borough; and that the Clutha County Council is the controlling authority of the said abattoir.

Given under my hand, at Wellington, this 19th day of July, 1915.
