to be Deputy Official Assignee at Masterton for the purposes of the Bankruptcy Act, 1908, as from the 1st day of August, 1915, vice W. B. Chennells.

HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, and transfers of the undermentioned officers of the Royal New Zealand Artillery Permanent Staff and Territorial Force:—
The Regiment of Royal New Zealand Artillery.
Regimental Sergeant-major Hans Christian Peterson (W.O.) to be Honorary Lieutenant. Dated 1st July, 1915.
Permanent Staff.
Staff Sergeant-major Samuel Mellows, New Zealand Permanent Staff, to be Assistant Director of Supplies and Transport (Auckland District), and is granted the temporary rank of Lieutenant, and is attached to No. 1 Company New Zealand Army Service Corps while so employed, vice Captain William Charles Page, transferred to No. 5 Company, New Zealand Army Service Corps. Dated 14th July, 1915.
Sergeant-Instructor John Edward Packman, New Zealand Permanent Staff, to be Assistant Director of Supplies and Transport (Canterbury District), and is granted the temporary rank of Lieutenant, and is attached to No. 7 Company, New Zealand Army Service Corps while so employed, vice Lieutenant (temporary) Ronald Martin Quinn, transferred to No. 5 Company, New Zealand Army Service Corps. Dated 14th July, 1915.

Lieutenant-Colonel William Nathaniel Carlon Bond, from the Reserve of Officers, 8th (South Canterbury) Mounted Rifles, to be Lieutenant-Colonel, Reserve of Officers. Dated 15th October, 1914.
8th (South Canterbury) Mounted Rifles.
Lieutenant-Colonel William Nathaniel Carlon Bond (Reserve of Officers) is transferred to the 1st Mounted Rifles (Canterbury Yeomanry Cavalry) Reserve of Officers. Dated 15th October, 1914.

Henry Chynoweth Cock, to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation) supernumerary to establishment. Dated 7th June, 1915.
