DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between JOHN WINLOVE, of Waipukurau,
Builder, and STEWART HASWELL, of the same place, Motor
Engineer, and carrying on business at Waipukurau as Taxi-
cab Proprietors, under the style or firm of “Haswell & Co.,”
has been dissolved as from the 6th day of July, 1915.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately sub-
sisting between us the undersigned, ALFRED FLETCHER
COLE and PETER THOMAS DONNELLY, carrying on business as
Booksellers and Stationers and as Motor and Cycle Dealers
in High Street, Hawera, under the style of “Cole & Don-
nelly,” was on the 1st of July instant dissolved by mutual
consent; and that the bookselling and stationery business
will in future be carried on by the said Peter Thomas Donnelly
alone, under the name of “P. T. Donnelly & Co.,” and that
the motor and cycle business will in future be carried on by
the said Alfred Fletcher Cole alone under his own name. All
moneys owing to the bookselling and stationery business will
be received by the said Peter Thomas Donnelly, and all
moneys owing to the motor and cycle business will be re-
ceived by the said Alfred Fletcher Cole. All moneys owing
by the late firm will be paid by the said Peter Thomas Don-
nelly and Alfred Fletcher Cole jointly.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately sub-
sisting between us the undersigned, JOHN JAMES
HILLIAM and RECTUS JAMES DUNNING, carrying on business
as Dairy-produce Merchants, under the style or firm of “The
New Zealand Dairy Produce Company,” and also under the
style of “The Agra Dairy Company,” has this day been dis-
solved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the
said late firm will be received and paid by the said JOHN
JAMES HILLIAM, who will continue the said business under
the present style.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of the
taking under the said Act of certain lands within the
County of Waiapu for public purposes.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waiapu County Council
(a duly incorporated body), under the provisions of
the Public Works Act, 1908, and its amendments, intends
to take by Proclamation the following lands, namely :—
-
All that piece of land containing ten acres and one rood,
being part of the Marangairoa 2e Block, East Cape Survey
District. -
All that piece of land containing one acre and one rood,
being part of the Marangairoa 2e Block, East Cape Survey
District.
A plan of the said lands proposed to be taken is by the
direction of the Waiapu County Council deposited at the
offices of the Council at Waipiro Bay, where the same may
be inspected free at all reasonable hours.
It is proposed that the said lands be taken for the purposes
of a stock reserve and a public road respectively.
The description of the said lands is as shown on the said
plan.
All persons having any objection to the taking of the said
lands are hereby required to send such objections in writing
to the Waiapu County Council on or before the twenty-eighth
day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and In-
habitants of the County of Waiapu was hereunto affixed this
28th day of June, 1915, in the presence of—

HOBSON COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE TO PROVIDE INTEREST
ON OMANA LOAN OF £2,000.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Hobson County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of two thousand pounds (£2,000), autho-
rized to be raised by the Hobson County Council, under the
above-mentioned Act, for metalling roads in the Omana
Special-rating District, the Hobson County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of seven-eighths of a penny
(⅞d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable
property of the Omana Special-rating Area, comprising Sec-
tions Nos. 1 to 40 inclusive, 3A, 11A, 23A, part 41, part 47,
47A, and Sections 48 to 61 inclusive, of the Omana Subdivi-
sion of Whangimakopuni and Walton’s Grants Nos. 1, 1A, 2,
and 3 of Mangaru Survey District, of the County of Hobson ;
and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on
the 1st day of April in each and every year during the cur-
rency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the
loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the
Hobson County Council held on the seventeenth day of
June, 1915, and the common seal of the Hobson County was
hereunto affixed this seventeenth day of June, 1915, in the
presence of—

PANMURE TOWNSHIP ROAD BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
THAT, in pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested
in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act,
1913, the Panmure Township Road Board hereby resolves as
follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and other
charges on a loan of £900 (nine hundred pounds), authorized
to be raised by the Panmure Township Road Board, under
the above-mentioned Act, to pay the proportion of the cost
of rebuilding a bridge over the Tamaki River at Panmure,
which the Panmure Township Road Board was ordered to
pay by Warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor bearing date the 28th day of April, 1914, the Pan-
mure Township Road Board hereby makes and levies a
special rate of ⅝d. in the pound on the capital value of all
rateable property within the whole of the Panmure Township
Road District ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be pay-
able annually on the first day of June in each and every
year during the currency of such loan, being a period of
thirty-six and a half years (36½ years), or until the loan is
fully paid off. And it is further proposed that the cost of
