Also all that portion of Inland Road, in the said land district and county, commencing at a peg marked 5 miles, being about 7 chains north of the north-eastern corner of Section 2, Block I, Ruahine Survey District, and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction generally adjoining or passing through Section 3 and part Section 6, Block I, Ruahine Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the Omatane Road; being a distance of 1 mile 20 chains, more or less.

As the said portions of road are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38079, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Reefton–Maruia Road, in the Inangahua County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of July, 1915.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Nelson Land District, Inangahua County, known as the Reefton to Maruia Road, commencing at the Inangahua River crossing in Block XIII, Rahu Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally along the right bank of the Inangahua River through part Blocks XIII and XIV, Rahu Survey District, and terminating at the boundary of Inangahua and Murchison Counties in Block XIV, Rahu Survey District: being a distance of 3 miles 20 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38088, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Reefton–Maruia Road, in the Murchison County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of July, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road:


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of road in the Nelson Land District, Murchison County, known as the Reefton to Maruia Road, commencing at the boundary of Inangahua and Murchison Counties in Block XIV, Rahu Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally through part Block XIV, Rahu Survey District, and part Block II, Lewis Survey District, to the crossing of Rahu River about one mile from the survey district boundary, and continuing along the right bank to the south-west corner of Section 12 (gravel reserve), Block III, Lewis Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction generally along the western boundary of the said Section 12 and Section 9 (village reserve) to the south-western corner of Section 10 (school reserve,) all in Block III, Lewis Survey District; thence in a south-easterly direction generally along the southern boundary of the said Section 10, and through the said Section 9 to a point on the eastern boundary of the said Section 9 where it joins the Murchison to Maruia Road: being a distance of 5 miles 20 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38089, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Little Wanganui–Karamea Road in Block XIV, Oparara Survey District, to be a Government Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of July, 1915.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.


SCHEDULE.

ALL that portion of the Little Wanganui–Karamea Road, in the Nelson Land District, Buller County, commencing at a point opposite Section 78, Block XIV, Oparara Survey District, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately one mile and a quarter to the crossing of the Karamea River, adjoining or passing through Sections part 78, 74, 73, and 15, Block XIV, Oparara Survey District; thence in a north-easterly direction generally for a distance of approximately three-quarters of a mile across the Karamea River, and adjoining or passing through Sections 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, and part 16, Block XIV aforesaid, and terminating at a point on the eastern boundary of the said Section 16: being a total distance of two miles, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37884, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.

Declaring Portion of Skippers Road, in the Porangahau Road District, Patangata County, to be a District Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifth day of July, 1915.
