NEW PLYMOUTH HARBOUR.—DISCONTINUANCE OF SEMAPHORE GUIDING-SIGNALS.

THE New Plymouth Harbour Board have notified that the semaphore signals made from the flagstaff at end of the wharf for guiding vessels in and out of the port have been discontinued.

AUCKLAND HARBOUR.—TIME-BALL SIGNAL ARRANGEMENTS.

NOTICE is hereby given that on days when accurate time-signals are given arrangements have been made to drop the Time-ball at Auckland at 1 p.m. ( = 13 h. N.Z. C.M.T.; = 13 h. 30 m. G.M.T.) by direct signal from the Observatory.
The Time-ball has been erected by the Auckland Harbour Board; and application should be made to the Board for information as to the days on which the signal will be given.

Notice to Mariners No. 6 of 1915.
AUCKLAND HARBOUR.—DREDGING NELSON STREET BASIN.

ADVERTING to Notice to Mariners No. 78 of 1914, the Auckland Harbour Board have notified that the pipeline connecting suction dredge No. 1 with Freeman’s B Reclamation has now been raised above the water for its full length. Vessels requiring to pass must do so to the eastward of the suction dredge.

Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.
To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 50 acres, more or less, being Allotment 138, Parish of Waimana, County of Opotiki. Bounded towards the east by high-water mark of the Ohiwa Harbour; towards the south-east by Allotment No. 139, 4515 links; towards the south-west by a road 100 links wide, 1124 links; and towards the north-west by Allotments 137 and 136, 5400 links.
The land was originally Crown-granted to one HENRY KELLY, sometime a Private in the Waikato Militia, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owner of the above-described land or of any agent of such owner in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land; and if he fails or neglects so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.
