THE Postmaster-General of the Dominion of New Zealand having reasonable ground for supposing that the companies and person whose names and addresses are shown in the Schedule hereunder are engaged in a fraudulent business, it is hereby ordered, under section 28 of the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908, that no money-order in favour of either of the said companies or of the said person shall be issued, and that no postal packet addressed to either of the said companies or to the Manager, Secretary, or other officer of either of them, or to the said person, or addressed to any of the addresses in the Schedule hereunder without a name, shall be either registered or forwarded by the Post Office of New Zealand.
