Regulation under the Public Service Act, 1912.
IN pursuance and exercise of the authority conferred on him by the Public Service Act, 1912 (hereinafter called “the said Act”), the Commissioner, with the approval of the Governor in Council, doth hereby make the following amendment to the General Regulations made under the said Act on the thirty-first day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, such amendment to have effect from and after the date of publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette:
Regulation No. 219 is hereby amended by adding thereto, after the word “employed,” the following words: “or if notice of such decision or matter is published in the Public Service Official Circular.”
As witness my hand this thirteenth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

In pursuance of the provisions of the Public Service Act, 1912, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, approves the foregoing amendment of the regulation.

to be an Inspector of Weights and Measures, under the Weights and Measures Act, 1908, for the Counties of Hawera, Waimate West, Patea, and Eltham, and the Boroughs of Hawera, Patea, and Eltham, vice Thomas Griffith, retired.
