NEW LYNN TOWN BOARD.
HETANA HAMLET SPECIAL-RATING DISTRICT.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the New Lynn Town Board hereby resolves as follows :—
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of six hundred and fifty pounds, authorized to be raised by the New Lynn Town Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of road-construction work on the following roads and streets within the Hetana Hamlet Special-rating District—namely, Gardner Street, Hutchinson Avenue, Islington Street, Margan Avenue, Parker Avenue, Seabrook Avenue, Titirangi Road, Willerton Street, and Ward Street—the said New Lynn Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of 33/64ths of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Hetana Hamlet Special-rating District, comprising the whole of the Hetana Hamlet Special-rating District; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of October in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the New Lynn Town Board held on the 14th day of June, 1915.

WELLINGTON CITY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and their amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City of Wellington proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts and all other Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work—namely, the construction of a public drain between Kaihuia Street and West Road, Northland; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said city, and is there open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days
from the first publication of this notice, to the Wellington City Council, addressed to the Town Clerk at his said office.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto existing between AGNES E. HARRINGTON, Wife of George Harrington, and WILLIAM PRICE, both of Purekireki, as Sawmillers, trading together in copartnership as “The Purekireki Sawmilling Company,” is hereby dissolved by mutual consent.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned DENNIS IVAR GEORGE and CHARLES HERBERT JOHNSTON, carrying on business as Cycle and Motor Dealers and Motor Garage Proprietors at the Town of Waitara, under the style or firm of “George and Johnston,” has been dissolved as from the 31st day of March, 1915. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said CHARLES HERBERT JOHNSTON, who will continue to carry on the said business in his own name.

WHANGAMOMONA COUNTY COUNCIL.
SPECIAL ORDER MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—BRIDGE RATE (CENTRAL RIDING).
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by sections 16 and 23 of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Whangamomona County Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund to secure the repayment of a loan or loans to be raised under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, for providing the funds for the reconstruction of bridges on roads in the Central Riding of the County of Whangamomona, under the jurisdiction of the Whangamomona County Council, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-farthing (¼d.) in the pound (to be called a bridge rate) upon the capital value of all the rateable property comprised within the Central Riding of the County of Whangamomona; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan or loans, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan or loans (being a period of thirty-six and a half years in the case of each loan), or until such loan or loans are fully paid off.
