TOKOMARU BAY.—RED MOORING-BUOY SUNK.

THE Waiapu County Council have notified that the red mooring-buoy in Tokomaru Bay, which was previously in a position 1·6 miles 89° E. magnetic from Maratiri has been sunk, and will not be replaced.

AUCKLAND HARBOUR.—LIGHT AT ENTRANCE TO O’NEILL’S POINT CHANNEL.

THE Auckland Harbour have notified that on and after Monday, 14th June, the fixed white light at entrance to O’Neill’s Point Channel on north shore of Auckland Harbour will be altered to a fixed red light.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of the City of Auckland.

PURSUANT to section 14 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913, it is hereby notified that a petition, in accordance with regulations, signed by not less than one-fourth of the electors of the area described in the Schedule hereto, being the area comprising the Eden Terrace Road District, has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, praying that the said area may be included in the City of Auckland. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed alteration within one month from the first publication of this notice. Such objections or petitions are to be addressed and forwarded to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.
SCHEDULE.
AREA PROPOSED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE CITY OF AUCKLAND.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-west and north-east by the City of Auckland from the northernmost corner of the Borough of Mount Albert to the northern boundary of the Borough of Mount Eden; thence towards the south-east generally by the Borough of Mount Eden to the eastern boundary of the Borough of Mount Albert; and thence towards the south-west by the Borough of Mount Albert to the southern boundary of the City of Auckland, the place of commencement.

Notice respecting Proposed Town District, Manurewa, County of Manukau.

IT is hereby notified that a petition has been presented to His Excellency the Governor, under the Town Boards Act, 1908, praying that the area described in the Schedule hereto may be constituted a town district under the said Act, by name the Town District of Manurewa. All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the constitution of the said town district which they desire to lodge, within one month from the first publication of this notice, such objections or petitions to be addressed to the Minister of Internal Affairs, Wellington.

DESCRIPTION OF BOUNDARIES OF PROPOSED TOWN DISTRICT OF MANUREWA.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Lot No. 18 of subdivision of Clendon’s Grant in Block XIII, Otahuhu Survey District, shown on plan No. 4436, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland; thence along the southern side of Brown’s Road and its production easterly to Oram’s Road, and along the southern side of Oram’s Road to a point in line with the south-western side of the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment No. 12, Parish of Papakura; thence along a right line to and along the south-western side of the last-mentioned road to the easternmost corner of the said Allotment No. 12; thence along the north-western side of the road forming the south-eastern boundary of the said Allotment No. 12 and the north-eastern side of a public road to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Allotment No. 7, Parish of Papakura; thence to and along the south-eastern boundary of that allotment, along the north-eastern side of the road forming its south-western boundary, and across a public road forming the south-eastern boundary of Lot No. 32 on plan No. 4436 aforesaid; thence along the north-western side of that road to Lot No. 33, along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot No. 33, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lots Nos. 35 and 36 to Lot No. 50 on plan No. 4436 aforesaid; and thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said Lot No. 50 to Brown’s Road, the place of commencement.
