COUNTY OF WAITOMO.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and their amendments.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Council of the City
of Wellington proposes, under the provisions of the
above-mentioned Acts, and all others Acts and powers enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work-- namely, the widening of Crawford Road ; and for the purpose
of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto
are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further
given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council
in the Town Hall, Cuba Street, in the said city, and are there
open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during
ordinary office hours; and that all persons affected by the
execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands
should, if they have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said
lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing,
within forty days from the first publication of this notice,
to the Wellington City Council, addressed to the Town Clerk
at his said office.

APPROXIMATE area of parcel of land to be taken : 1-41 perches.
Being parts of Lot 108, D.P. 65, and Lot 90, D.P. 1109.
Coloured on plan : Red.
Situate in City of Wellington.
Forming part of Section 4, Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, in the Land District of Wellington; as
the same are more particularly delineated on the plans above mentioned.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned, JOHN BRADBURY and STEPHEN JOSEPH BRADBURY, trading under the name and style of " Bradbury Bros.," Dairymen and Farmers at Fairfield, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent.
The business will in future be carried on by STEPHEN JOSEPH BRADBURY alone, who will discharge all liabilities of the late Partnership, and to whom all moneys owing thereto are payable.
As witness our hands this 17th day of May, 1915.

TAMAHERE ROAD BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it
by the Road Boards Act, 1908, and the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Tamahere Road Board hereby resolves as follows :-
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of six thousand pounds (£6,000), authorized to be raised by the Board, under the above-mentioned Acts, for the purpose of constructing and improving generally the roads throughout the Tamahere Road District, the said Tamahere Road Board
hereby makes and levies a special rate of $d. in the pound
on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Tamahere Road District; and
that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly
on the 1st days of June and December during the currency of
such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
The above resolution was passed at a meeting of the Tamahere Road Board held on Thursday, the 20th May,
1915.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public
Works Act, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waitomo County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute certain public works—namely, the construction of a road; and for the purposes of such public works the parcels of lands respectively described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the said parcels of land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk of the said Council situate in Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, and is open for inspection (without any fee) by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of any of the said parcels of land, who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works or to the taking of any of the said parcels of land, must state their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, 29th May, 1915, to the Clerk of the said county at the County Offices, Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti.

APPROXIMATE areas of parcels of land required to be taken :-
3 acres 2 roods 24-2 perches, being portion of the block
of land called Kinohaku East 5E. Coloured pink on
plan.
6-9 perches, being portion of the block of land called
Kinohaku East 5E 2. Coloured blue on plan.
Situate in Block XI, Otanake S.D.
Purpose for which required : Road reserve.
Dated at Te Kuiti this 28th day of May, 1915.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE A GRAVEL RESERVE.
PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908, AND AMENDMENTS.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes to take the piece of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, under the provisions of the abovementioned Act, for the purposes of a gravel reserve; and also that a plan showing the land required to be taken is deposited at the County Council Chambers, Spring Street, Tauranga, and is open for public inspection during business hours; and also that all persons affected by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within 40 days from the 28th day of May, 1915, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the office of the Tauranga County Council, Spring Street, Tauranga aforesaid, addressed to the undersigned.

APPROXIMATE area of land to be taken: Two acres one rood thirty-two perches, being part of Rangiuru No. 2c, Block VII, situated in the Maketu Survey District; shown on plan marked 17680, coloured red; in the Registration District of Auckland, County of Tauranga.
