Amending the Description of a Reserve in the Auckland Land District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-fifth section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that where there has been any error of description made in any notification of any intended reserve, or where there appears a great discrepancy in the area of any intended reserve after the same shall have been surveyed, the Governor may cancel any notification that may have been made in respect of such reserve, and issue fresh notification in respect thereof, with amended particulars and description:
And whereas an error was made in the description of Allotment 4 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland Land District, in the Warrants of the twenty-ninth day of June and the fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 63, of the second day of July, and No. 89, of the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, respectively, reserving the land for a site for a public school, the same having been described as Allotment 1 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, and it is expedient to cancel the said Warrants in so far as they relate to Allotment 1 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, Auckland Land District, aforesaid:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Warrants of the twenty-ninth day of June and fifteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, in so far as they relate to the said Allotment 1 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, and do declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall be the land set apart for a site for a public school intended by the said Warrants.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 4 acres, more or less, being Allotment 4 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District. Bounded towards the north by a public road, 785 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 2 of Section 68, Block XV, Tapapa Survey District, 686·4 links; towards the south generally by a public road along the Waiomou Stream, 116·9 and 382·7 links; and towards the west generally by the continuation of the aforesaid road, 303·5, 360·5, and 108·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/1561, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged purple. Inspector of Scenic Reserves appointed.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section four of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint DAVID SMITH HINGSTON to be an Inspector under the said Act in respect to the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
AWAHURI ROAD.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 15 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, being part of Section 149, Township of Sandon. Bounded towards the west generally by a public road 1137·7 links, by the crossing of the Kawakawa Road, by a public road 533·5 links, and then by the Mangaone Stream; towards the north and south-east generally by other part of Section 149, 280 links and 075·9 links, by a stream and by a crossing of Kawakawa Road, and again by a stream; and towards the south by Section No. 153, 292·5 links: save and except that portion of the Kawakawa Road which intersects the above-described area.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Lands temporarily reserved in the Auckland and Wellington Land Districts.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
WHEREAS by the three-hundred-and-twenty-first section of the Land Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the lands described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified at the end of the respective descriptions of the lands so intended to be temporarily reserved.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 2 roods, more or less, being Section 15, Mamari Village (Block 11, Whangape Survey District). Bounded towards the north-west and north-east by Section 5, Mamari Village, 333·33 and 150 links respectively; towards the south-east by a public road 100 links wide, 333·33 links; and towards the south-west by the Takahue-Rawene Road, 150 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/3 (27), deposited in Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red (Auckland Plan 1548B, blue). For a site for a post-office.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 1 rood 23 perches, more or less, being Section 27, Block IX, Hunua Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Owhango Road, 110 links; towards the south-east by Section 20, Block IX, Hunua Survey District, 1774·9 links; towards the west by a public road, 422·8 links, 360·1 links, and 341·1 links; and towards the north-west by Section 22 of said block, 1046·9 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1913/131, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. For a site for a public school.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
