SCHEDULE.
ALL that road in the Wellington Land District, Kaitieke
County, known as Waitea Road, commencing at its junction
with the Main Trunk Service Road, and proceeding thence in
a south-easterly direction generally, adjoining or passing
through Sections 10, 12, 13, 14, Block V, Section 5A, Block VI,
Crown land, Blocks VI and X, Sections 22 and 37, Block X,
Hunua Survey D strict, and terminating at the south-eastern
boundary of the said Section 37, being a distance of five miles,
more or less.
Also all that portion of Tunanui Road, in the said land district and county, commencing at its junction with Waitea
Road, and proceeding thence in a southerly direction generally,
adjoining or passing through Crown land, Block VI, Sections
9, 8, and part 7, Block X, Hunua Survey District, and terminating at a point on the north-western frontage of the said
Section 7, about 10 chains from the northern corner of such
section, being a distance of l mile 56 chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of Tunakotekote Road, in the said
land district and county, commencing at its junction with
Wanganui River Road, and proceeding thence in an easterly
direction generally, adjoining or passing through Sections
part 21, 22, 23, 24, 3, and 4, Block I, Sections 8A and part 9,
Block II, Hunua Survey District, and terminating at the
north-eastern corner of Section 4A, Blck II, Hunua Survey
District, being a distance of 3 miles 15 chains, more or less.
Also all that portion of Owhango Road, in the said land
district and county, commencing at the north-eastern corner
of Section I, Block IX, Hunua Survey District, and proceeding
thence in a westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing
through the said Section 1, and terminating at its junction
with the Hikimutu and Pokatea Roads, being a distance of
68·40 chains, more or less.
As the said road and portions of road are more particularly
delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 37669 and 37875,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon
coloured red, yellow, red, and yellow respectively.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act"), His Excellency
the Governor of the Dominion of New Ze aland, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby revoke an Order in
Council, dated the fifth day of May, one thousand nine
hundred and eleven, and published in the Gazette of the
first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and eleven,
appointing a Domain Board to have control of the Graham-
town Domain, and doth hereby appoint
THE ONERAHI TOWN BOARD
to be the Grahamtown Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and
doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-first day of June,
one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at half-past seven
o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office,
Whangarei, as the place where, the first meeting of the said
Board shall be held.

GRAHAMTOWN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 8 acres l rood 21 perches, more or less,
being Allotment No. 391 of the Village of Grahamtown;
as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. 56148/12,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered green.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirty-first
day of May, 1915.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed "the said Act "), it is enacted that the Governor may from time
to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the ninth
tenth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen,
and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-ninth
day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, the
land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the
operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of
Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain
Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

as the time when, and the residence of Mr. John Clement,
Kaiwera, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board
shall be held.

ALL that area in the Southland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 9 acres 2 roods 39 perches, more or less,
being Section 40, Block IX, Waikaka Survey District.
Bounded towards the north by Section 19, Block IX, Waikaka
Survey District, 1204·95 links ; towards the east by Section 19 aforesaid, 944·7 links; towards the south by
Section 39 of said block, 857·7 links; and towards the west
by a road, 1005·4 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or
less : as the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and
S. I/561, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands
and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
