Land taken for the Purposes of widening Public Streets in
the Borough of Invercargill.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under the Public Works
Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes
of widening public streets in the Borough of Invercargill :

And whereas the Invercargill Borough Council has laid
before the Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in
duplicate, and also the statutory declaration, as required by
the said Act :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl
of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the
Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of every other power
and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of widen-
ing the said streets as from the date hereinafter specified,
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of
the Borough of Invercargill; and I do also hereby direct
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
fifteenth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and
fifteen.

Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes
of a pumping-station for drainage-works in Block I, Otahuhu
Survey District :

And whereas the Epsom Road Board has laid before the
Governor a memorial, accompanied by a map in duplicate,
and also the statutory declaration, as required by the said
Act :

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Public
Health Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority
in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto
is hereby taken for the purposes of the said pumping-
station, as from the date hereinafter specified, and shall
vest in the Epsom Road Board; and I do also hereby direct

Situated in Block I, Otahuhu Survey District (S.O. No.
18095).

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37599,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and
thereon edged red.
