Certain Lands reclaimed from the Sea included in Borough of Birkenhead.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a petition, publicly notified, has been presented to me under section one hundred and nineteen of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, by the Council of the Borough of Birkenhead, praying me to alter the boundaries of the Borough of Birkenhead so as to include therein the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto, being lands reclaimed from the sea adjacent to the said borough:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand in pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the said borough are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said borough the lands described in the said Schedule hereto, being lands reclaimed from the sea adjacent to the said borough.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 14 acres 1 rood 30 perches, more or less, and being an inlet reclaimed from Waitemata Harbour adjacent to the Borough of Birkenhead. Bounded towards the north generally by Sections Nos. 161, 67, and 66, Parish of Takapuna, in the Borough of Birkenhead, to Waitemata Harbour; thence towards the north and east by the said Waitemata Harbour; thence towards the south by Sections 165 and 161 of the aforesaid Parish of Takapuna to the place of commencement: as the same is shown on the plan marked I.A. 19/1/26, deposited in the office of the Minister of Internal Affairs, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Additional Land in Waipu Survey District taken for the Purposes of the North Auckland Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of the North Auckland Railway to take further land in Waipu Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:β
7 perches, portion of Kaitara No. 1. Situated in Block XIII.
1 rood 9 perches, portion of Lot 2 of Okahurewa Block. Situated in Block XII.
Situated in the Waipu Survey District (S.O. 18034).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 37762, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red.
