NOTICE is hereby given that dividends are now payable at my office, Public Trust Buildings, Gloucester Street, Christchurch, on all proved claims in the under-mentioned estates. Promissory notes (if any) must be produced for endorsement prior to receiving dividends:—

Fred Lunt, of Burnham, Labourer: First and final dividend of 20s. in the pound.

Rose Adelaide Lawrence, of Christchurch, deceased: First and final dividend of 4½d. in the pound.

George Kinley, of Rangiora, Dealer: First and final dividend of 6s. 2¾d. in the pound.

William Knight, of Doyleston, Saddler: First and final dividend of 1s. 5½d. in the pound.

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.

SUBLEASE No. 2443 of Lot 10, and plan deposited in the Lands Registry Office at Auckland under No. 2977, which said parcel of land is portion of Section 31, Block I, of the Tarawera Survey District, from HARRY ERNEST HAWLEY to CHARLES FITTON:

The lessor having re-entered and recovered possession of the above land for non-payment of rent, it is my intention to notify such re-entry upon the Register at the expiration of one month from the 13th May, 1915.
