REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhariki No. 1F Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa on Friday, the 16th day of April, 1915, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the the following proposed resolution :
“ That a lease of the Mangawhariki No. 1F Block be granted to Makere Whanui, of Tuparoa, settler, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum per annum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken.” Dated at Gisborne this 13th day of March, 1915. THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangawhariki No. 1E Blok is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuparoa on Friday, the 16th day of April, 1915, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :-
“ That a lease of the Mangawhariki No. 1E Block be granted to Keti Makinare, of Tuparoa, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum per annum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken. “ That a lease of the Mangawhariki No. 7A Block be granted to Hirini Tuahine and Horomona Kerehi, both of Tuparoa, sheep-farmers, as tenants in common, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum per annum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation in the event of the renewal not being taken.
