Laying out and taking a Road through Ohura South H Section 1 Block, Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-nine of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 3 roods 3 perches.

Portion of Ohura South H Section 1 Block.

Situated in Block IV, Heao Survey District.

In the Taranaki Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XVI/103, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twelfth day of March, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section two hundred and eight of the Land Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the pastoral lands mentioned in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections two hundred and eight to two hundred and twenty-two of Part V of the Land Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, relating to small grazing-runs.
