Fixing Time and Place for Meeting of Native Owners in terms of Section 28 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1914.

APPLICATION having been made to me pursuant to section 28 of the Reserves and other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies Empowering Act, 1914, and the regulations thereunder published in New Zealand Gazette on the 24th day of February, 1915, by the Wellington Industrial Development Company (Limited), I, James Mackenzie, Under-Secretary for Lands, hereby fix the time and place for the meeting of Native owners of land contained in the area proposed to be proclaimed a rating-area as described in the Schedule hereto, as follows: The meeting will take place at 11 o'clock a.m. on the 23rd day of March, 1915, at Taupo.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land, lying chiefly in the Auckland and Wellington Land Districts, commencing at a point where the south-east corner of the Wharepuhunga No. 19 Block strikes the left bank of the Waikato River in Block XVI, Wharepapa Survey District; thence generally south-westerly bounded by the south boundary of the said Wharepuhunga No. 19 Block; thence by the north-east and south-east boundaries of Run No. 70 and of Crown land to the south corner of the said Crown land in the Pouakani Block, on the Waipapa River; thence by a straight line to the north-east corner of the Maraeroa A Block; thence by the east boundary of the Maraeroa Block to the west corner of the Tihoi Block near Pureora Trig. Station; thence by the west boundary of the said Tihoi Block to a point on the west boundary at the north end of a long straight line approximately 130 chains south of the said Pureora Trig. Station; thence by a straight line to the Weraroa Trig. Station; thence by a straight line to the east corner of the Ketemaringi B Block; thence by the easternmost boundary of the said block and of the Hurakia B Block; thence by a straight line southwards to the Tuhingamata Trig. Station; thence by a straight line to the Pakihi Trig. Station;. thence by the boundary-line between Runs Nos. 88 and 89 to the north boundary of Hauhungaroa No. 4 Block; thence by part of the north-west boundary of the said block to the north-west corner of No. 9 of the said block; thence by the western boundaries of Nos. 9, 10, and 11 of the said block; thence by a part of the southern boundary of the said Hauhungaroa Block to the division-line between Subdivisions No. 2A and No. 4 of the Waituhi-Kuratau Block; thence by the said division-line to the south boundary of the said block; thence by the south boundary of the said block to the Kuratau River; thence by the boundary of the Wellington Land District to the Wanganui River; thence by the Wanganui River to the Okahukura Block; thence by the west boundary of the said Okahukura Block to the south boundary of the Okahukura No. 8m No. 2 Block; thence by the said south boundary to the west boundary of the Rangipo North Block; thence by the said Rangipo North Block to the shore of Lake Rotoaira; thence by the western, northern, and
