Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT.
Kumara Block.
SECTIONS 3216 to 3230, Blocks VI, VII, VIII, X, and XI, Waimea Survey District: Area, 5,430 acres.
As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 4475, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighteenth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Land proclaimed as a Road in Block XII, Momahaki Survey District, Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consent of the lessee and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Waitotara County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land described in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 21 acres 2 roods 15 perches.
Portion of Section 16 (E.R.), Block XII, Momahaki Survey District.
In the Wellington Land District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. XVI/69, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of February, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

ERRATUM.โIn Proclamation, dated 16th day of February, 1915, taking additional land near Auckland for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 23, of 18th February, 1915, pages 597-8, in the third item of the Schedule, for "Allotments 1 and 4" read "Allotments 1, 4, and 24."
