I, JAMES VINE PEARCE, Bachelor of Medicine, University of Melbourne 1914; Bachelor of Surgery, University of Melbourne 1914, now residing in Auckland, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 27th February, 1915, next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Registrar of Births and Deaths at Auckland.

LOWBURN GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED)
FINAL REPORT AND BALANCE-SHEET.
THE Liquidator, in presenting to shareholders the final report and balance-sheet, reports as follows:—
The dredge and claim were offered by public auction, but failed to find a purchaser. They were afterwards sold by private treaty for £367. The creditors received a dividend of four shillings in the pound.
A meeting of shareholders will be held in the Liquidator’s office, 47 Princes Street, Dunedin, on Friday, 19th February, 1915, at 4 o’clock, to pass resolutions re disposal of books, accounts, and papers, and the receiving of report and statement of accounts.

IN LIQUIDATION.
In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of N.Z. Fruit and Produce Company (Limited), (in liquidation).
THE creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 26th day of February, 1915, to send their names and addresses, and particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any), to Messrs. Gold & Arcus, Public Accountants, of 39 Johnston Street, Wellington, the Liquidators of the said company; and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidators, are to come in and prove their debts or claims at the Liquidator’s office at such time as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution.

NOTICE is hereby given that at a meeting of the above-named company held at Palmerston North on the twenty-sixth day of January, 1915, the following special resolutions were passed:—
“That this company enter into voluntary liquidation”; and “That SAMUEL EWART HULBERT, of Palmerston North, be appointed Liquidator.”

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the said Act, that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the company’s office, 17 Little Queen Street, Auckland, on Friday, the nineteenth day of February, 1915, at eleven o’clock in the morning, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

To the European and Native owners of land within the district surrounding Lake Taupo.
NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to the provisions of section 28 of the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal and Public Bodies’ Empowering Act, 1914, that on or about the 15th day of March, 1915, a petition will be presented to the Governor, in terms of subsection (1) of the said section, praying that the area the boundaries whereof are set out in the Schedule hereto be proclaimed a rating area. Any person desirous of objecting to the issue of such Proclamation should notify his objection in writing to the Minister of Lands, Wellington, on or before the said 15th day of March, 1915.
A meeting of owners of Native land within the said district, of which due notice will be given in the Gazette or Kahiti, will be held shortly, at which such owners will be asked to sanction the issue of the said Proclamation.

All that area of land, lying chiefly in the Auckland and Wellington Land Districts, commencing at a point where the south-east corner of the Wharepuhunga No. 19 Block strikes the left bank of the Waikato River in Block XVI, Wharepapa Survey District; thence generally south-westerly bounded by the south boundary of the said Wharepuhunga No. 19 Block; thence by the north-east and south-east boundaries of Run No. 70 and of Crown land to the south corner of the said Crown land in the Pouakani Block, on the Waipapa River; thence by a straight line to the north-east corner of the Maraeroa A Block; thence by the east boundary of the Maraeroa Block to the west corner of the Tihoi Block near
