past seven o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the North
River Schoolhouse at Waipu as the place where, the first
meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
WAIPU NORTH DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
21 acres, more or less, being Allotment No. 195A, Waipu
Parish. Bounded towards the north-west by a public road,
989, 430, and 108 links; towards the north-east generally
by a public road, Allotment 231A, Waipu Parish, and again
by a public road, 134, 146, 824, 723, 1050, 88, 227, and
753 links respectively; and towards the south-west by
Allotments 313 and 363 of the aforesaid parish, 2693 links:
be all the aforesaid linkages more or less: as the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/565A, deposited
in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at
Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Plan 1872, blue.)

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Paraparaumu Domain.

LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this first day of
February, 1915.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves
and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the
said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time
to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such
persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain
Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of
such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the
sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred
and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of
the ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and
eight, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Para-
paraumu Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was
appointed expired on the fifteenth day of December, one
thousand nine hundred and fourteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a
Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the
Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers con-
ferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby appoint

MALCOLM MACLEAN,
MICHAEL JAMES LYNCH,
FREDERICK CORDUKES,
DANIEL DEE HYDE, and
WILLIAM CROMB

to be the Paraparaumu Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Thursday, the eighteenth day of February, one thou-
sand nine hundred and fifteen, at two o'clock p.m., as the time
when, and the Pavilion on the domain at Paraparaumu as
the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
PARAPARAUMU DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing
by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section
No. 5A, Block VIII, Paraparaumu Suburban. Bounded to-
wards the north-east by Section No. 5 of said Block VIII,
towards the south-east by the Wellington and Manawatu
Railway line, towards the south-west by a public road
1 chain wide, and towards the north-west by Section No. 4
of said Block VIII; as the same is delineated on the plan
marked S.G. 57122/18, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Loburn Domain.

doth hereby appoint

ROBERT HENRY BAILEY,
ARTHUR ERNEST CHARLES COOK,
GEORGE THOMAS CROFT,
ISAAC FURBY CROFT, and
HENRY JAMES METHERALL

to be the Loburn Domain Board, having control of the land
described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and
subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby
appoint Wednesday, the seventeenth day of February, one
thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at eight o'clock p.m., as the
time when, and the residence of Mr. R. H. Bailey at Loburn
as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be
held.

SCHEDULE.
LOBURN DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing
by admeasurement 25 acres, more or less, being Reserve
No. 3442, in Block II, Rangiora Survey District. Bounded
towards the north-west by Sections 20283 and 20283x,
110 links; towards the north-east by the Makerikeri River;
towards the south-east by Section No. 21206, 1209·4 links;
and towards the south-west by the main road, 2600 links, to
the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages
a little more or less: as the same are delineated on the plan
marked L. and S. I/150A, deposited in the Head Office,
Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
bordered red.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this first day of
February, 1915.

Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING
IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the Patea Borough Council is a body of persons
having power to lease lands held in trust, reserved,
or set apart for public purposes, and has requested the
Governor in Council to declare it to be a leasing authority
within the meaning of the Public Bodies' Leases Act, 1908:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Do-
minion of New Zealand, in compliance with such request,
and in exercise of the powers in this behalf conferred by the
above-mentioned Act, and acting by and with the advice
and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,
doth hereby order and declare that the Patea Borough Council
is a leasing authority within the meaning of the Public Bodies'
Leases Act, 1908.
