FRESHFIELD DRAINAGE BOARD.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the Freshfield Drainage Board hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £1,500, authorized to be raised by the Freshfield Drainage Board, under the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, for widening, deepening, and improving generally the main drains of the Freshfield Drainage District, the said Freshfield Drainage Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of two-thirds of a penny (2d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property classified A, as set out in the Schedule hereunder; one-half of a penny (½d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property classified B, as set out in the Schedule hereunder; and one-third of a penny (⅓d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property classified C, as set out in the Schedule hereunder. And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of August and 1st day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAIKOHU COUNTY COUNCIL.

MOTOR REGULATION ACT, 1908.—RESOLUTION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on it by the Motor Regulation Act, 1908, the Waikohu County Council hereby resolves to bring into force within the County of Waikohu Part II of the Motor Regulation Act, 1908; and, further, that the said Act shall come into force on the first day of January, 1916.
