NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between NEVILLE McCULLA SUTCLIFFE POWNALL, of Ngatimoti, Farmer, and ERNEST DICKERSON SYDENHAM, Engineer, Commander Royal Navy, as Farmers and Fruit-growers, at Ngatimoti, New Zealand, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the fourteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
All sums due to the firm may be paid to the said NEVILLE McCULLA SUTCLIFFE POWNALL, who will discharge all obligations of the said firm.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the INVERCARGILL BREAD DISTRIBUTING COMPANY (LIMITED), a private company having its registered office situated in Invercargill.
NOTICE is hereby given that on the 16th day of November, 1915, the Invercargill Bread Distributing Company (Limited) duly passed or made the following resolution, in manner provided by section 168, subsection (6), of the Companies Act, 1908:—
Resolved, “That the Invercargill Bread Distributing Company (Limited) be wound up voluntarily; and that FRANCIS CALVERT SMITH, of Invercargill, Commission Agent, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company, the remuneration of the said Liquidator to be the sum of £25 (twenty-five pounds).

TAMAKI WEST ROAD BOARD.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Tamaki West Road Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2,750, authorized to be raised by the Tamaki West Road Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for—
(a.) Forming and making a road or approach along high-water mark, giving access from the Kohimarama Wharf to the northern extremity of the main Kohimarama Road, and contingencies and engineering charges in connection therewith: £1,500
(b.) Forming, grading, metalling, and improving parts of Knottingby Road and Willow Street, and completing improvements to Rangitoto View Road, and contingencies and engineering charges in connection therewith: £370
(c.) Completing purchase of Sections 7–8 and 9 of Block 2, St. Heliers Estate: £340
(d.) Repayment existing bank overdraft in connection with purchase of said land, £320; and forming, metalling, and improving Rangitoto View Road, £220: £540
the said Tamaki West Road Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-eighth of 1d. in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Tamaki West Road District, comprising the whole of the Tamaki West Road District. And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of ten years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly made and passed at a meeting of the Tamaki West Road Board held on the 2nd day of December, 1915.
