TIRAU DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing 5 acres, more or less, being Section 11 (formerly part of Section 2), Block II, Patetere North Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Rotorua–Cambridge Road, 465·2 links; towards the east by a public road, 1062·6 links; towards the south by Section 3, Block II, Patetere North Survey District, 475·1 links; and towards the west by Section 2 of the aforesaid block and a right line, 987·2 links and 100 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/337, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Gate Pa Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of December, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the seventh day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eight, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the tenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eight, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Gate Pa Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

GATE PA DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, being Allotments 41, 41A, and 42, Suburbs of Tauranga, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-east by Allotment 40, towards the south-east by Cameron Road, towards the south-west by Pa Street, and towards the north-west by Cook Street.

Also all that area in the Auckland Land District, being Lot 2 of Section 13, Suburbs of Tauranga, and containing by admeasurement 5 acres 0 roods 29 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north-west by Cameron Road, 364·9 links; towards the north-east by Section 12, 1067·6 links; towards the south-east by Section 14, 860·9 links; towards the south-west by a public road forming the south-western boundary of the said Lot 2 of Section 13, 296·4 links; again towards the north-west by a right line at right angles to the said road, 200 links; and again towards the south-west by a right line parallel to the aforesaid road, 541·1 links, being the north-east and south-east boundaries of Lot 1 of Section 13: be all the linkages more or less.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. I/104, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

License authorizing Ngaruawahia Town Board to erect Electric Lines within the Town District of Ngaruawahia and Portions of Raglan and Waipa Counties and Kirikiriroad District.

At the Government House at Wellington, this thirteenth day of December, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS a license was issued to the Ngaruawahia Town Board (hereinafter referred to as “the licensee”) on the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, authorizing the licensee to erect certain electric lines within the Ngaruawahia Town District, such electric lines being shown in red colour on the plan deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works and marked P.W.D. 33218:

And whereas a further license was issued to the licensee on the third day of November, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, authorizing the licensee to erect electric lines within a portion of the Raglan County:

And whereas the licensee desires to erect further electric lines within the Ngaruawahia Town District, a further portion of the Raglan County, portion of the Kirikiriroad District, and portion of the Waipa County, such town district and portions of counties and road district being hereinafter referred to as “the area of supply”:

Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the said section, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in that behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth, subject to the conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto, and to the regulations made under section two of the aforesaid Act, and published in the New Zealand Gazette dated the twenty-ninth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and hereinafter referred to as “the regulations,” hereby authorize the licensee to erect and maintain electric lines for lighting, power, and heating purposes within the area of supply hereinafter described.

SCHEDULE.

1. AREA OF SUPPLY.

The area of supply comprises,——

(1.) The Ngaruawahia Town District as at present constituted.

(2.) That portion of the Raglan County bounded on the north by the southern boundary of Section 44, Block VII, Newcastle Survey District; on the west by the eastern boundary of the Hakaimata Timber Reserve; and on the west and south by the western boundary of Section 3, road reserve, the western and southern boundaries of Section 87, the southern boundary of Section 8, road reserve, the southern boundary of Section 11, road reserve on portion of the western and on the southern boundary of Section 13, all in the Parish of Waipa, Block VII, Newcastle Survey District; and on the east and north by the Waipa River and the Waikato River.

(3.) That portion of the Waipa County bounded on the north-east by the Waikato River, on the west by the Ngaruawahia Town District and the Waipa River, and on the south by the road reserve along the southern boundaries of Sections 157, 5, 9, 8, 4, 3, 2, 1, and portion of Section 132, Newcastle South, Block VII, Newcastle Survey District,
