Declaring Portion of the Waotu–Putaruru Road, in the Matamata County, to be a County Road.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of November, 1915.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the Order in Council published in Gazette No. 43, page 1776, of the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, declaring portion of the Waotu–Putaruru Road in the Matamata County to be a county road is hereby altered by substituting the Schedule hereto for the Schedule to such Order in Council.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Matamata County, Auckland Land District, known as Waotu–Putaruru Road, commencing at the road-junction in Section 12, Block X, Paterere North Survey District, and proceeding then in a south-westerly direction generally passing through or adjoining part of the said Section 12, Block X, Paterere North Survey District, Native reserve called Maungakaretu Block, Blocks X and IX, Paterere North Survey District, over the Pokaiwhenua Bridge, Sections 40, 42, 43, 44, 37, 34, 33, 19, and 23, Block IX, Paterere North Survey District, Sections 2 and 42, Block XIII, Paterere North Survey District, and terminating at its junction with the boundary between the Matamata and West Taupo Counties, being a distance of 5 miles 13 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 33482, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured red and marked A B.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Coal Creek Flat Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of November, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the fourth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the seventh day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, the land described in the Schedule hereto was brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ALBERT JOHN MANUEL,
DONALD MCPHERSON,
JOSEPH WEATHERALL,
HENRY JAMES WALLES, and
SAMUEL EDWARD VERNON
to be the Coal Creek Flat Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the twenty-ninth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolhouse, Coal Creek Flat, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
COAL CREEK FLAT DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 3 roods 38 perches, more or less, being Section 44 and part of Sections 37 and 54, Block II, Teviot Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by part of Section 52 of aforesaid block, 940·7 links; towards the south-east by Section 56 of aforesaid block, 457·2 links; again towards the north-east by said Section 56, 1161·9 links; towards the east by the public road, 287 links; towards the south-west by a line bearing 287° 51′, 2152·6 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 694·5 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1912/929B, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Extending Powers of certain County Councils under Section 5 of the Counties Amendment Act, 1915.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day of November, 1915.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by section five of the Counties Amendment Act, 1915, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that, in addition to the powers under section one hundred and seven of the Counties Act,*1908, the several Councils of the counties enumerated in the Schedule hereto are respectively authorized from time to time to make by-laws under the Counties Act, 1908, to provide for the licensing of all vehicles using any road within the county, and to prevent unlicensed vehicles using any of the said county roads, and for appointing the several sums to be paid to the County Fund for the licensing of vehicles as herein mentioned, which sums may be appointed to vary in respect of different classes of vehicles, the number and species of animals used in drawing the same, the weight of the load laden in such vehicles, the width of the tires of the wheels, or the number of passengers to be carried respectively.
