Auckland Land District.

All that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
33 acres, more or less, being portion of State-forest Reserve,
situated in Block II, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney
County. Bounded towards the east generally by a public
road 100 links wide, 4480 links; towards the west and north-
west generally by a public road forming the eastern and
south-eastern boundaries of Allotments 5, 7, and 49, Hoteo
Parish, 2749 and 2230 links respectively: be all the afore-
said linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on
the plan marked L. & S. 1911/1050, deposited in the Head
Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and
thereon edged red.

Proclamation dated the 28th day of June, 1887, and
published in New Zealand Gazette No. 40, of the 30th day of
June, 1887.

Marlborough Land District.

All that area in the Marlborough Land District, con-
taining by admeasurement 117 acres, more or less, situated in
Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District, commencing at the
south-western corner, and bounded towards the west by Sec-
tion 21, Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District, 3244 links ;
thence towards the north-west by the said Section 21 for a
distance of 3879 links; thence towards the east by the abut-
ment of a public road and by Section 25, Block IX, Waka-
marina Survey District, 5604 links; thence towards the
south by Section 58 of the aforesaid block, 2736 links, to the
point of commencement : be all the aforesaid linkages more
or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked
L. and S. 57257/120, deposited in the Head Office, Depart-
ment of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon
coloured red.

Proclamation dated the 12th day of October, 1886, and
published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 54, of the 14th day
of October, 1886.

Southland Land District.

All that area in the Southland Land District, containing
295 acres, more or less, being abandoned parts of Sawmill
Areas 191B, 191c, 234, and 234A, situated in Block VII,
Oteramika Hundred, and bounded towards the north-west and
north by the northern side of Hamil Road; towards the south-
east by a road, and by Sections 39, 38, 37, and 36 of said
Block VII; towards the east by Section 35 of said Block VII;
towards the south by Section 2, Block IX; and towards the
south-west by Sections 34, 33, 32B, and the abutments of
Hamil and a closed road in said Block VII, Oteramika
Hundred.

Also all that area, containing approximately 148 acres,
being parts of Sawmill Areas 188, 188A, 188B, situated in
Block VII, Oteramika Hundred, and bounded towards the
north-east by a railway reserve and Section 4, Block IX;
towards the south by the northern boundary-line of Sec-
tions 4, 6, 7 of said Block IX and that line continued west
to the western boundary of said Block IX; and towards the
west by Section 23 and the abutment of a road in Block IV;
all in Oteramika Hundred.

As the same are delineated on the plan marked L. and S.
XXII/801A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

Also all that area in Blocks XXI and XXII, Jacob's River
Hundred, containing approximately 1,608 acres, being Saw-
mill Areas 440, 440A, 440B, 440C, 603, 603A, 425C, 425D, and
part of 348A, and bounded towards the north by the southern
