Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omahu No. 1a will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Wednesday, the 17th day of November, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 29 acres 2 roods, be leased to Hedley Vickers Codd for a term of five years at a rental of 14s. per acre per annum.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharerangi No. 8c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Wednesday, the 17th day of November, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 106 acres 1 rood 34 perches, be leased to William Stanley Jones for a term of ten years at a rental of £80 11s. per annum.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Koparakore B No. 2m will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Hastings on Wednesday, the 17th day of November, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 27 acres 3 roods 5 perches, be leased to John William White for a term of seven years at a rental of £1 per acre per annum, or 5 per cent. on the present Government valuation, whichever is the higher.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papaaruhe No. 4d will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Takapau on Wednesday, the 17th day of November, 1915, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land, containing 1 acre, be sold to Te Warena te Whatu for the sum of £18.”

REGULATION NO. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taumarunui Township will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Friday, the 12th day of November, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the whole of the township be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.
“ (2.) That a definite portion of the township be sold to the Crown for the amount of the Government valuation.”
