Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukaingataru B 2B, Section 3, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Puke on Wednesday, the 8th day of December, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to John Coendoz Hill shall be agreed to.
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Robert Martin shall be agreed to.
“ (3.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Robert Martin shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 22nd day of October, 1915.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotomahana-Parekarangi No. 2E No. 6 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of November, 1915, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Patrick John O’ Sullivan shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Patrick John O’Sullivan shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 22nd day of October, 1915.

“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Patrick John O’Sullivan shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative

“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Ellen Eliza Herlihy shall be agreed to; or, in the alternative
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Ellen Eliza Herlihy shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waiteti No. 2, Section 2A No. 2D, will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of November, 1915, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be revested in the owners thereof.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Paeroa South B No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of November, 1915, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to the Crown shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tumu-Kaituna No. 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of November, 1915, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Richard Williams and James Gerathy shall be agreed to.”
