SECOND SCHEDULE.
AREA TO BE ADDED TO PATEA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the south-eastern boundary of Patea County by the eastern boundary of Lot 4 on plan No. 659, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence along the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of that lot to the Mangaone Stream, along that stream to the said south-eastern boundary of Patea County, and along that boundary to the eastern boundary of Lot 4 aforesaid, the place of commencement.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
BOUNDARIES OF WAITOTARA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Taranaki and Wellington Land Districts, bounded by a line along the middle of the Wanganui River from its intersection by a right line running from Mount Humphries to the confluence of that river with the Tangarakau River to the sea, along the seashore to the mouth of the Waitotara River, and along the middle of that river to a point opposite the mouth of the Mangaone Stream, to and along that stream, and along the southern boundary of Section 16, Block V, Nukumaru Survey District, to Wharekarangi Trig. Station ; thence along the eastern boundary of Section 16 aforesaid to and along the Mangaone Stream to the south-eastern corner of Lot 4 on plan No. 659, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Wellington; thence along the south-eastern boundary of that lot to and across the Waitotara Road and along the western boundaries of Lots 14 and 17 on plan No. 918, deposited as aforesaid, to Orangihoangi Trig. Station, and along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Section 11, Block XIV, Momahaki Survey District, and the Mangamingi Stream, to and along the Te Korokio Stream, and along the western and northern boundaries of the Manganui-o-tahu Block to Watershed Road near Trig. Station Taurangapiopio, to and along the middle of that road and the summit of the range over Maungarau Trig. Station to Mount Humphries ; and thence along a right line running in the direction of the confluence of the Tangarakau River with the Wanganui River to the middle of the latter river, the place of commencement : excluding the part of the Borough of Wanganui which is in the above-described area and the Town Districts of Castlecliff and Gonville.
BOUNDARIES OF PATEA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Taranaki and Wellington Land Districts, bounded towards the north by Stratford County as described in the New Zealand Gazette of the lst August, 1912, page 2380; towards the east generally by Waitotara County hereinbefore described; towards the south-west by the sea; and towards the west generally by Hawera County as described in the Second Schedule to the Waimate West County Act, 1908, and the Eltham County as described in the New Zealand Gazette of the 27th April, 1911, page 1412: excluding the Borough of Patea and Waverley Town District.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-sixth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section sixty-three of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1913, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any moneys be expended under the provisions of the said section sixty-three in connection with any block of land unless that block is set apart for selection under that section pursuant to Proclamation in that behalf:
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf, and for the purposes of the aforesaid Act, I, Arthur William de Brito

Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto as set apart for selection.
SCHEDULE.
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT.
Kakahi Village Settlement Block.
SECTIONS 1 to 70 inclusive, Kakahi Village Settlement, Hunua Survey District: Area, 140 acres.
As the same is delineated upon the plan marked L. and S. 5/56, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
