Opening Lands in Auckland Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at the rentals mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said lands shall be leased under and subject to section one hundred and thirty-five of the said Act, as they contain, or are supposed to contain, metal, mineral, or valuable stone.

SECTION 21, Block XI: Area, 57 acres 0 roods 10 perches; capital value, £285; half-yearly rent, £5 14s.
Section 22, Block XI: Area, 56 acres 3 roods 33 perches; capital value, £285; half-yearly rent, £5 14s.
Altitude, 100 ft. to 300 ft. above sea-level. Undulating land, covered with fern and manuka. Soil of fair second-class quality, on clay subsoil. Section 21 fairly watered by swamp gully; Section 22 poorly watered by swampy spring. Distant a mile and a half to a mile and three-quarters from Huntly by good formed road.
Section 23, Block XI: Area, 41 acres 2 roods 38 perches; capital value, £210; half-yearly rent, £4 4s.
Altitude, 100 ft. to 200 ft. above sea-level. Undulating land, about 10 acres swamp, balance fern and scrub. Soil of fair second-class quality, on clay subsoil; fairly watered by swamp. Distant two miles from Huntly by good formed road.
