REGULATIONS.

THE annual list of registered plumbers under section 11 of the said Act shall be sent to the Minister of Public Health in the month of January in each year, and shall thereupon be published in the Gazette not later than the thirty-first day of that month.

Subclause (3) of Regulation 4 of the said regulations of the 18th May, 1914, is hereby amended by substituting the words “five years and a half” for the words “six years.”

The Havelock North Town District is hereby declared to be a district within which, after six months from the date of the coming into force of these regulations, all sanitary plumbing shall be done by a person registered under the said Act.

Altering Regulations for Trout and Perch Fishing in the Auckland Acclimatization District.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of October, 1915.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS it is enacted in Part II of the Fisheries Act, 1908, that the Governor in Council may from time to time, by Order in Council gazetted, make regulations to have force and effect throughout New Zealand or only in such waters or places as are specified in the regulations :
And whereas by Order in Council dated the twenty-second day of July, one thousand nine hundred and seven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 64, of the twenty-fifth day of the same month, regulations for the Auckland Acclimatization District were made, providing, inter alia, that no lure or bait other than the natural or artificial fly or natural or artificial minnow, and any small indigenous fish, insect, grasshopper, beetle, spider, caterpillar, or creeper, shall be used in any of the rivers or streams in the said acclimatization district, and it is desirable to alter such regulations by providing that artificial fly only shall be used for taking trout in that portion of the Waipa River extending from Turner’s Bridge at Otorohanga in a south-easterly direction to the junction of the Waipa and Mangapohue Stream opposite Bull’s Store at Otewa, a distance of nearly ten miles :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the said Act, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby add the following proviso to clause eight of the hereinbefore-recited regulations :—
“Provided that no bait other than artificial fly shall be used for taking fish in that portion of the Waipa River extending from Turner’s Bridge at Otorohanga in a south-easterly direction to the junction of the Waipa and Mangapohue Stream opposite Bull’s Store at Otewa, a distance of nearly ten miles.

Consenting to stopping a Road in Blocks IX and XIII, Mahurangi Survey District, Rodney County.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of October, 1915.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor, by Order in Council gazetted, is obtained :
And whereas the Rodney County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the road described in the Schedule hereto :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Rodney County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road permitted to be stopped: 10 acres 2 roods 34 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Sections N.E. 30, W. 30, 87, 89, 101. (S.O. 17465.)
Situated in Blocks IX and XIII, Mahurangi Survey District.
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38616, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

Consenting to an Order for Rehearing being made by the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of October, 1915.

His Excellency the Governor in Council.
WHEREAS subsection one of section fifty of the Native Land Act, 1909, enacts that at any time and from time to time, on application made, ex parte or otherwise, by any person interested, the Chief Judge may, if he thinks fit, on being satisfied that the applicant has shown a prima facie case of error, whether of fact or law, in any final order of the Native Land Court, grant leave to the applicant to appeal to the Appellate Court against that order notwithstanding the fact that, owing to the lapse of time or for any other reason, the applicant has no appeal as of right to that Court :
And whereas subsection two of that section further enacts that save with the precedent consent of the Governor in Council leave to appeal shall not be granted by the Chief Judge under that section unless application for the same is made within five years after the making of the order appealed from :
