Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block XI, Tauhoa Survey District, Rodney County.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and lessee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Rodney County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Tauhoa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto, which is not required by reason of the road described in the First Schedule hereto.

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38561, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Stopping Government Roads in Block XIII, Coleridge Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government roads described in the Schedule hereto are no longer required for the purpose of roads:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the roads described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road hereby stopped:—

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38408, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured green.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section three hundred and eighty-eight of the Native Land Act, 1909, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby lay out and take as a road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road laid out and taken: 2 acres 1 rood.

Portion of Te Punga Block (S.O. 18181), Block XV, Purua Survey District.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 38666, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured grey.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this eighth day of October, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this eleventh day of October, 1915.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on him by section sixteen of the Plumbers Registration Act, 1912 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the regulations made under the said Act on the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and published in the Gazette on the twenty-first day of May then instant, in manner hereinafter set forth; and doth hereby declare that the regulations hereby made shall form part of and be read with the said regulations of the eighteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, and shall come into force on the eighteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
