DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between the undersigned ARTHUR LOCKYER ANDREWS and RICHARD PERCY DANE, under style of “A. L. Andrews and Co.,” Shipping Agents, Wright’s Buildings, Auckland, has been dissolved by mutual consent. The business will hereafter be carried on by the said ARTHUR LOCKYER ANDREWS under the same firm-name.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between WILLIAM JOHN McKEOWN and HENRY COLYER, carrying on business at Puketitiri as Sheepfarmers, under the style or firm of “McKeown & Colyer,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 26th day of April, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen. The said business will in future be carried on by the said HENRY COLYER alone, who will receive and pay all debts owing to or by the said Partnership business.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned, under the style of “Schultz & Sullivan,” as Painters, Decorators, Paperhangers, Art-dealers, and Picture-frame Makers, is hereby dissolved by mutual consent as from the date hereof. All book-debts and moneys due to the said firm shall be payable to the said HORACE FRANCIS SULLIVAN, who shall pay all debts and claims due by the said firm.

ELTHAM DRAINAGE BOARD.

SPECIAL ORDER SUBDIVIDING DISTRICT.

  1. THAT the special order passed on the 10th December, 1901, and confirmed on 10th January, 1902, subdividing district into three wards be revoked.
  2. That the district be divided into four subdivisions, with boundaries and names as hereinafter set out :—
    (1.) Ngaere Swamp No. 1 Ward.—The whole of the land in the Eltham Drainage District situate north of Anderson Road and westward of the Confiscation Line.
    (2.) Ngaere Swamp No. 2 Ward.—The whole of the land in said district lying northward of Anderson and Rawhitiroa Roads and eastward of the Confiscation Line.
    (3.) Ngaere Swamp No. 3 Ward.—The whole of the land in said district lying south of said Rawhitiroa Road and westward of the Horoi Road and the eastern boundary of Section 47, Block XI, Ngaere S.D.
    (4.) Ngaere Swamp No. 4 Ward.—The residue of the land embraced in said district.

The foregoing special order was adopted at a properly convened special meeting of the Eltham Drainage Board held on 21st July, 1915, and confirmed at a similar special meeting held on the 22nd day of September, 1915.

OHURA COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—LOAN OF £18,424.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Ohura County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
“That, for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan of £18,424, authorized to be raised by the Ohura County Council, under the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for metalling seventeen miles of the Waitehena Road and four miles of the Hapurua Road, the said Ohura County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of threepence halfpenny (3½d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waitehena Special-rating Area, comprising Section 2, Block XIV, Aria S.D. ; Section 1, Block XIII, Aria S.D. ; Sections 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 1, Block XIV, Aria S.D. ; Sections 22, 23, Block XIV, Aria S.D. ; Sections 2, 3, 4, Block XIII, Aria S.D. ; part Taurangi No. 4, Block V, Ohura S.D. ; Section 1, Block I, Ohura S.D. ; Sections 8, 7, Block VI, Aria S.D. ; Sections 15, 16, 22, 4, 24, 17, 25, 26, part 21, part 21, 1, 2, 5, Block II, Ohura S.D. ; Section 2, Block X, Aria S.D. ; Sections 1, 2, Block IX, Aria S.D. ; Section 9, Block V, Aria S.D. ; Mokau-Mohakitino 1H (part), Mangaroa B No. 2B, Mangaroa B No. 2B (part). And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”

WAIUKU TOWN DISTRICT.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waiuku Town Board hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £17,000, authorized to be raised by the Waiuku Town Board, under the above-mentioned Act, for a general scheme of roads improvements in the Waiuku Town District Area, the said Waiuku Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of twopence halfpenny (2½d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Waiuku Town District, comprising the whole of the Waiuku Town District ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of February and the first day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above is a true copy of a resolution passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Waiuku Town Board held on the 13th day of September, 1915.

BOROUGH OF TAKAPUNA.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Takapuna Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—
“That, for the purpose of providing the interest and sinking fund and other charges on a loan of £50,000, authorized to be raised by the Takapuna Borough Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for road improvements, the said Takapuna Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-farthings in the pound on the capital value of all rateable property of the Borough of Takapuna, comprising the whole of the borough ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The above resolution was passed at a duly convened meeting of the Takapuna Borough Council held on the fifteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.
