Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, aforesaid, declare my intention to change the specific purpose of the portion of the reserve described in Part II of the Schedule hereto from that named in Part I of the said Schedule to that named in Part III of the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
PART I.
Description and Purpose of Original Reserve.
ALL that area in the Wellington Land District, containing 15 acres 1 rood, more or less, being Section 1, Block XVI, Maungakaretu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by Murray’s Track, towards the south generally by Murray’s Track and Rongoiti Road, and towards the north-west by Section 20, Block XVI, Maungakaretu Survey District.
Permanently set apart as a reserve for travelling stock by Warrant published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 79, of the 3rd day of November, 1898.
PART II.
Description of Portion of Reserve the Purpose of which it is intended to change.
All that area in the Wellington Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres 3 roods 6 perches, more or less, being Section 32 (formerly part of Section 1), Block XVI, Maungakaretu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Section 20, Block XVI, Maungakaretu Survey District, 674·3 links; towards the north-east generally by Murray’s Track; and towards the south-west by Section 1 of said block, 1106·4 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. VI/1 (15), deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
PART III.
Intended Purpose.
Site for a roadman’s cottage.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the fourth section of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several persons whose names are specified in Part I of the Schedule hereto to have control and management of the public cemetery specified in Part II of the said Schedule.

Name of Public Cemetery and Description of Land.
PUKETITIRI.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 9 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, being Section 39, Block XIV, Pohui Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 344·9 links; towards the east by Section 97, 30 links, and by a stream to the north-eastern boundary of Section 38; towards the south-west by said Section 38, 1532·5 links; and towards the north-west by a public road, 1333·1 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 2/292, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-fifth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

to be an additional Trustee to provide for the maintenance and care of the Swanson Public Cemetery, in conjunction with John Moul, Nicholas McGrath, John Tunnard Mettam, John William Taylor, and Arnold Robertson, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-eighth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Opening Settlement Land in Auckland Land District for Selection.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and the Land for Settlements Act, 1908, and amendments, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement land described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, at the rental mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said land shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Acts.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—TAURANGA COUNTY.—OHAUITI SETTLEMENT.
First-class Land.
SECTION 19: Area, 229 acres; capital value, £850; half-yearly rent, £19 2s. 6d.
Seven miles and a half from Tauranga by formed road. Eighty acres grass, 149 acres fern and scrub; undulating to broken. Soil good quality, sandy nature. Grassing (£120) and fencing (30 chains, £20) included in capital value of section. General quality of section good.

Opening Lands in Southland Land District for Sale or Selection.
LIVERPOOL, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, having received the report of the Under-Secretary in this behalf, as provided by section one hundred and fifty-four of the said Act, do hereby declare that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for sale or selection on Monday, the twenty-second day of November, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen; and also that the lands mentioned in the said Schedule may, at the option of the applicant, be purchased for cash, or be selected for occupation with right of purchase, or on renewable lease; and I do hereby also fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased, as mentioned in the said Schedule hereto, and do declare that the said lands shall be sold, occupied, or leased under and subject to the provisions of the Land Act, 1908.

Southland County.—Campbelltown Hundred.
SECTION 17, Block VIII: Area, 100 acres. Capital value, £50. Occupation with right of purchase: Half-yearly rent, £1 5s. Renewable lease: Half-yearly rent, £1.
