Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taharoa A 6d No. 4 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Friday, the 8th day of October, 1915, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to James Keville for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”
Dated at Auckland this 11th day of September, 1915.

REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Mangamahoe B 3 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otorohanga on Monday, the 4th day of October, 1915, at 3.30 o’clock in the afternoon. for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to A. G. Potts for the sum of £6 10s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Urupukapuka No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Russell on Monday, the 4th day of October, 1915, at 10.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to Charles Frederick Baker, of Russell, at the rate of £1 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Raekahu No. 9 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raukokore on Wednesday, the 6th day of October, 1915, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a proposed alienation by way of lease of the land to James Swan Wilson Neilson be agreed.”
