REGULATION No. 48.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Puketiti No. 5 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Kuiti on Wednesday, the 6th day of October, 1915, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £12,518.”

“That the land be sold to William Eustace Langford for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“That the land be sold to Frank Franklin Hockley for the sum of £3 per acre.”

“That the land be leased to Tuhaca Ruihana for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 4s. per acre.”
