THE following special order, made by the One-tree Hill Road Board, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Road Boards Act, 1908.

ONE-TREE HILL ROAD BOARD.

By-laws of the Body Corporate under the Name of “The Inhabitants of the One-tree Hill Road District,” made and enacted by the One-tree Hill Road Board.

In pursuance of the powers vested in it by the Road Boards Act, 1908, and its amendments, and the Public Health Act, 1908, and its amendments, and by all or any other statutes it thereunto enabling, the One-tree Hill Road Board doth hereby make and enact the following by-laws, which shall come into operation on being gazetted.

  1. In the interpretation of these by-laws, unless inconsistent with the context,—
    “Board” means the One-tree Hill Road Board.
    “Drainage area” means that portion of the One-tree Hill Road District which is included in the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District as defined and described in the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Act, 1908.
