Second.—All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 924 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Section 21, Block X, Waitahuna East District; 3, 15, Block XI, Table Hill District; 8, 27, 32, 33, 38, 39, Block VI, Tuapeka East District; 2, 4, 10, 21A, part 1, part 3, part 9, closed road, Vol. 96, folio 57, Block VII, Tuapeka East District: together with strips of Crown land along the Waitahuna River, German Creek, and Bungtown Creek, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the south-east corner of Section 26, Block VI, Tuapeka East; thence towards the west by said section, 4006·8 links, by the crossing of a public road 100 links wide, and by said road, 122 links and 461·4 links; thence towards the north by Section 25, Block VI, Tuapeka East, 5361·8 links, and the crossing of a strip of Crown land 150 links wide to German Creek; thence across said creek; thence generally towards the west by the left bank of said creek to its junction with the Bungtown Creek, and generally towards the north and west by the left bank of said Bungtown Creek to a point where the west boundary of Section 32, Block VI, Tuapeka East, produced intersects the creek, 5850 links; thence across said creek; thence towards the west by Crown land and Section 30, Block VII, Tuapeka East, 283·8 links; thence towards the west and north by said Section 30, 1864·7 links, 369 links, 407·4 links, 1249 links, 684·4 links; thence towards the north-east by said Section 30 and Crown land to the Bungtown Creek, 2300 links; thence towards the south, east, and north generally by said creek, 2300 links, to the point where the creek forming part of the west boundary of Section 9, Block VII, Tuapeka East, joins the Bungtown Creek; thence towards the north-east by said Section 9, 425 links, and said creek, 2500 links; thence towards the east by said Section 9, 1050 links, the crossing of a road 100 links wide, and again by said Section 9, 182·8 links; thence again towards the north by said section, 673·4 links, and again towards the east by said section and a road reserve 100 links wide, 1450 links, to the Waitahuna River; across said river; thence towards the north by the left bank of said river, 2250 links, to the western side of the public road forming the west boundary of Section 17, Block VII, Tuapeka East; thence towards the east by said road, 1525 links; thence towards the south by Section 16, Block VII, Tuapeka East, 3103·3 links; thence towards the west by Section 19 of said block and a road reserve, 815·4 links and 130 links respectively, to the Waitahuna River; across the said river; thence by the right bank, crossing the mouth of German Creek, 1850 links, to the western boundary of Section 21, Block X, Waitahuna East; thence towards the west by the Havelock Commonage, 607 links; thence towards the south by said commonage, 3421·3 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less; and excepting from the above-described area such parts of the bed of the Waitahuna River, German Creek, and Bungtown Creek as lie within the above-described boundaries; and excepting also one road 50 links wide, five intersecting roads each 100 links wide, and a road reserve 100 links wide, lying between Sections 10, Block VII, Tuapeka East, 15, Block XI, Table Hill, and the Waitahuna River, and also between said sections and German Creek and Bungtown Creek, allowance for all of which has been made in the area.
Third.—All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 55 acres 3 roods 11 perches, more or less, being Sections 7 and 17, Block X, Waitahuna East District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the north-east corner of Section 36, Block X, Waitahuna East District; thence towards the north by Havelock Commonage, 3010 links; towards the east by the Waitahuna River, 2400 links; towards the south by Havelock Commonage, 2405 links; towards the west by Section 36, Block X, Waitahuna East, 1894 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less.
Fourth.—All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 152 acres 3 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Sections 39, Block X, Waitahuna East District, and 1, Block XI, Table Hill District, and bounded as follows: Commencing at the northern corner of Section 39, Block X, Waitahuna East; and towards the east generally by a public road 100 links wide, 931 links, 818·3 links, 447·1 links; thence across said road, and towards the north, east, and south by Havelock Commonage, 1299 links, 3350 links, and 1712·7 links respectively; again across said road, and on the east by said road, 329·6 links; thence towards the south by Havelock Commonage, 2452·8 links, to a public road; and thence generally towards the west by said road, 1642·2 links, 822 links, 915·1 links, 879 links, 924 links, 604 links, 157 links, 430 links, and 628·6 links, to the point of commencement; be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less; and excepting from the above-described land a public road 100 links wide, allowance for which has been made in the area.

Notice fixing Closing-hours of Chemists’ Shops in the City of Dunedin under the Shops and Offices Act.
WHEREAS a requisition in writing, signed by a majority of the occupiers of all the chemists’ shops in the City of Dunedin, has been forwarded to me, desiring that all such shops in the city shall be closed in the evening of working-days as follows: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, at 6 p.m., Friday at 9.30 p.m., and Saturday at 9 p.m., except (1) on the five working-days immediately preceding Christmas Eve, when the closing-hour shall be 8 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9.30 p.m. on Friday, and 9 p.m. on Saturday, subject to the closing at not later than 1 o’clock p.m. for the statutory half-holiday; (2) on Christmas and New Year’s Eves, when the closing-hour shall be 11 p.m.; and (3) during Winter Show Week, when the closing-hour shall be 8 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 9.30 p.m. on Friday, and 9 p.m. on Saturday, subject to the closing at not later than 1 p.m. for the statutory half-holiday: And whereas the Dunedin City Council has certified that the signatures to such requisition represent a majority of the occupiers of all the chemists’ shops within the City of Dunedin:
