Additional Land in Inangahua Survey District taken for the Purposes of the Reefton-Inangahua Railway.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS it has been found desirable for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Reefton-Inangahua Railway to take further land in Inangahua Survey District, in addition to land previously acquired for the purposes of the said railway:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by sections twenty-nine and one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes above mentioned.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 3 roods 7 perches. Being portion of Section 19, Square 134.

Situated in Block V, Inangahua Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 32875 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty’s Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

Land taken for a Further Portion of the North Auckland Railway (Huarau and Paparewa Sections).

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken for a further portion of the North Auckland Railway (Huarau and Paparewa Sections):

And whereas all the conditions precedent required by law to be observed and performed prior to the taking of such land for the purposes hereinbefore specified have been observed and performed:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred on me by section one hundred and eighty-eight of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the said line of railway hereinbefore specified.

Land taken for the Purposes of Street-widening in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken, under the Public Works Act, 1908, for a certain public work—to wit, for the purposes of street-widening in Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington:

And whereas the Wellington City Council has laid before the Governor memorials, accompanied by maps in duplicate, and also the statutory declarations, as required by the said Act:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Municipal Corporations Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the said street-widening, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington on and after the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and fifteen.

2·22 perches, portion of Lot 32 (D.P. 145) of Section 5. Coloured blue on plan.

4·69 perches, portion of Lot 33 (D.P. 145) of Section 5. Coloured green on plan.

In Evans Bay Registration District, Block VII, Port Nicholson Survey District, City of Wellington.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked P.W.D. 38165, 38235, and 38236, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Provincial District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
