Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Konoti A No. 5 South No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That portion of the said land, containing 30 acres, more or less, be sold to Edward Saunders at a price equal to the Government valuation thereof.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukekahikatoa No 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaitaia on Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1915, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land be transferred to Hone Mare, of Takahue, by way of gift.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pukerangiora 2B Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 20th day of February, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of the said land be granted to Turuhira Tuhiwai, of Hick’s Bay, aboriginal Native, for the term of twenty-one years, at a rental of 5 per cent. on the present Government value, with a right to compensation for improvements or to a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental of 5 per cent. on the then unimproved value.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohuia No. 3 Block is summoned and will be held at Wairea on Wednesday, the 24th day of February, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of nominating lessees for the unleased portions of Ohuia No. 3 Block, comprising Part A, containing 1 acre 1 rood; Part B, containing 3 acres; Part C, containing 4 acres 1 rood 20 perches; Part G, containing 5 acres 2 roods.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharekahika 18A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 20th day of February, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, or part thereof, be leased to Huna Houkamau, of Tuparoa, Native, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental equivalent to 5 per centum on the present Government valuation thereof, with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental equivalent to 5 per cent. on the then Government valuation (unimproved) thereof.”

REGULATION No. 48.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ahirau 1A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Gisborne on Wednesday, the 17th day of February, 1915, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the above block of land be sold to John Edward Brosnaham, of Te Karaka, Sheepfarmer, at a price not less than the Government valuation of same, less tenant’s improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tutaekuri No. 1A Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wairoa on Wednesday, the 24th day of February, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said land, or part thereof, be leased to Tamihana Karari for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of 5 per centum of the present Government valuation, with a right to a renewal of the lease for a further term of twenty-one years at the rental of 5 per centum of the then Government unimproved value of the said land.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Aruhemokopuna 6 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Saturday, the 20th day of February, 1915, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That a lease of the said land be given to Te Iwingaro Koia, of Tikitiki, farmer, for a term of twenty-one years, at a rental of not less than 5 per centum of the present Government valuation of the said land, together with the right of a renewal for a further term of twenty-one years at a rental not less than 5 per centum of the then unimproved valuation of the said land, or with the right to compensation for improvements in the event of the renewal not being taken. Lease to contain the usual covenants.”
