Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.
To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 67 acres, more or less, being eastern portion of Allotment No. 67, Parish of Matakohc.
The registered owners of the land are Herbert Buckley, of Thames; John Jones, of Auckland; Daniel Goodwin, of Otahuhu; and William John Newby, of Otahuhu, settlers, who cannot now be traced.
WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owners of the above-described land or of any agent of such owners in New Zealand:
Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owners, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee their title to the said land; and if they fail or neglect so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

TENDERS will be received at the office of the Chairman (Government Printing Office) not later than 5 p.m. on Wednesday, the 10th February, 1915, for the supply and delivery of the undermentioned material:—
1,000 poles, ironbark, 20 ft., 7 in. by 7 in. bottom, to 5 in. by 5 in. top.
200 hampers, Post-office, style “T.”

1,000 poles, silverpine, round, 18 ft.

144 satchels, leather.
Particulars and conditions of tendering may be obtained at the office of the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington; the District Storekeeper, Post and Telegraph Department, Christchurch; or the Telegraph Engineers at Auckland and Dunedin; where samples of the hampers and satchels may be seen.

WRITTEN tenders will be received at the office of the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington, up to noon on Monday, the 15th February, 1915, for two “Lincoln Elk” motor-cycles, one “Zedel” motor-cycle, one “Girling” tri-car, and one “Russell” motor-car.
The machines may be inspected at the Department’s Garage, Waterloo Quay, Wellington.
Tenders must be addressed to the Controller of Stores, Post and Telegraph Department, Wellington, and be marked on the outside “Tender for motor-cycles, &c.”
The highest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
