NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 326 of the Land Act, 1908, that the land known as the Telegraph Reserve, running through Sections 137, 138, 140, and 142, Parish of Tuhikaramea, will be disposed of under the provisions of the Land Act, 1908, on or after Thursday, the 8th day of April, 1915. The approximate area of the said reserve is 3 acres 2 roods.

DESCRIPTIONS OF SECTIONS.
Section 1.—All flat or undulating agricultural land. Good soil; watered by a stream, which can be conserved by dams. Altitude, 600 ft. to 800 ft. Nine miles from Otaio Railway-station by good road.
Section 2.—All flat or undulating agricultural land. Good soil; well watered by a stream. Altitude, 450 ft. to 650 ft. Eight miles from Otaio Railway-station by good road.
Section 3.—Excellent agricultural farm, all flat or slightly undulating; well watered by streams. Altitude, 400 ft. to 500 ft. Seven miles from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
Section 4.—All flat or undulating agricultural land. Good soil; well watered by stream and springs. Altitude, 700 ft. to 800 ft. Eight miles and a half from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
Section 5.—All flat or slightly undulating agricultural land of excellent quality, with about 30 acres of good swamp; well watered by stream. Altitude, 600 ft. to 700 ft. Eight miles from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
Section 6.—All flat or slightly undulating agricultural land of good quality; well watered by stream. Altitude, 500 ft. to 600 ft. Seven miles and a quarter from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
Section 9.—Good agricultural farm, all flat or slightly undulating; well watered by stream. Altitude, 650 ft. to 700 ft. Eight miles and a half from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
Section 10.—Good agricultural farm, all flat or undulating; well watered by stream. Altitude, 500 ft. to 700 ft. Eight miles from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
Section 11.—All flat or undulating agricultural land of excellent quality; well watered by stream. Altitude, 400 ft. to 600 ft. Seven miles from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
Section 12.—All good flat or undulating agricultural land; well watered by water-race. Altitude, 600 ft. to 700 ft. Eight miles from Makikih Railway-station by good road.
Sections 7 and 8.—About 400 acres good flat and undulating agricultural land. The remainder low to steep hills. About 200 acres in light bush and 50 acres in scrub; balance good tussock spurs. Well watered by permanent streams. Altitude, 700 ft. to 2,000 ft. Eight miles and a half from Makikihi Railway-station by good road.
IMPROVEMENTS.
The improvements that go with the land are: Section 1, 246 chains of fencing valued at £75 8s. 6d.; Section 2, 230 chains of fencing valued at £87 3s. 6d.; Section 3, 255 chains of fencing valued at £97 9s.; Section 4, 211 chains of fencing valued at £62 9s. 6d.; Section 5, 204 chains of fencing valued at £74 12s. 6d.; Section 6, 207 chains of fencing valued at £65 15s.; Section 9, 197 chains of fencing valued at £47 5s.; Section 10, 134 chains of fencing valued at £27 15s.; Section 11, 140 chains of fencing valued at £49 10s.; Section 12, 265 chains of fencing valued at £66 5s.; Sections 7 and 8, 541 chains of fencing valued at £153.

Section 3,* Block XV: Area, 309 acres 2 roods. Rent per acre per annum (approximate), 13s. 2d. Half-yearly rent, £101 14s.

IMPROVEMENTS.
The improvements that go with the land are: Section 1, 245 chains of fencing valued at £66 15s. 6d.; Section 2, 237 chains of fencing valued at £87 2s. 6d.; Section 3, 401 chains of fencing valued at £148 1s. 6d.
