FIRST SCHEDULE.
Areas to be excluded from Paparoa Road District and included in Howick Township Road District and Pakuranga Road District.
All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-east by the Hauraki Gulf from the western boundary of Lot 12, Section 9, Suburbs of Howick, to the south-east corner of Allotment 68, Parish of Pakuranga; towards the south by the southern boundary of the last-mentioned allotment and that boundary produced to the middle of the road forming its western boundary; towards the east by the middle of the road forming the eastern boundaries of Lots 14 and 8 of Section 7, Suburbs of Howick; towards the south by the middle of the road forming the south boundaries of Lots 8, 7, and 6, of the aforesaid Section 7 to the Howick Township Road District as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 42, of 18th May, 1883, page 651; towards the west generally by the Howick Township Road District aforesaid to the Hauraki Gulf; again towards the south by the aforesaid Howick Township Road District from the Hauraki Gulf to the middle of the road forming the western boundary of Lot 3, Section 9, Suburbs of Howick; and towards the west by the middle of the road forming the western boundaries of Lots 3, 4, 6, 11, and 12, and the western boundary of Lot 12 aforesaid to the Hauraki Gulf.
Also all that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-east by the Hauraki Gulf from the northernmost point of Lot 17 of Section 9, Suburbs of Howick, to the north-eastern corner of Lot 18 of the aforesaid section; towards the east by Lot 12 of Section 9 aforesaid to the road forming the western boundary of Lot 12 aforesaid, thence by the middle of that road and the middle of the road forming the western boundary of Lots 12, 11, 6, 4, and 3 of Section 9 aforesaid; towards the south generally by the middle of the road forming the southern boundary of Lots 3, 2, 1, and 17 of Section 10, Suburbs of Howick; towards the west generally by the middle of the road forming the western boundaries of Lots 16, 15, 14, 13, 12, and 11 of Section 10 aforesaid; and towards the north generally by the middle of the road forming the northern boundary of Lots 11 and 6 of Section 10 aforesaid to the Hauraki Gulf, and by the gulf to the point of commencement.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Boundary of Paparoa Road District.
All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-east by the Hauraki Gulf from the south-east corner of Allotment 68, Pakuranga Parish, to the Maungamaungaroa Creek; towards the south-east generally by the said creek to a point in line with the northern boundary-line of Allotment 80, Pakuranga Parish, thence by a right line to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 80 aforesaid, and thence by the road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments 80 and 116 of the aforesaid parish to the south-east corner of the last said allotment; towards the south generally by the south boundary of Allotment 116 aforesaid, across a public road forming the southern boundary of Allotment 96 of the aforesaid parish, by that road, and again crossing the road to the southern boundary of Allotment 94 of the aforesaid parish by the southern boundary of Allotment 94 aforesaid to a creek known as King’s Creek; towards the west generally by that creek and Pakuranga Creek to the boundary of the Pakuranga Road District, and by that road district to the Howick Township Road District; and towards the north generally by the Howick Township Road District aforesaid to the Hauraki Gulf.
The above resolution passed at a special meeting of the Manukau County Council held on the 9th day of June, 1914, is hereby confirmed on this the 14th day of August, 1914.
I, Hugh Ross Mackenzie, Chairman of the Manukau County Council, hereby certify that the special order above named was duly passed and made by the Manukau County Council on the dates appearing therein, pursuant to the Counties Act, 1908, and the Road Boards Act, 1908.

IN exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 9 and 10 of the Road Boards Act, 1908, the Manukau County Council, with the consent of the Road Boards of the districts affected, and on the application of both of such Boards as required by section 10, but subject to the conditions (a) and (b) of said section 10, resolves, by way of special order, as follows:—

On and after the 30th day of September, 1914, the Howick Township Road District shall be altered by including therein the land described in the First Schedule hereto.

The boundaries of the said district as so altered shall be as described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All that area in the Auckland Land District bounded towards the north-east by the Hauraki Gulf from the eastern boundary of Lot 18, Section 9, Suburbs of Howick, to the south-east corner of Allotment 68, Parish of Pakuranga; towards the south by the southern boundary of the last-mentioned allotment and that boundary produced to the middle of the road forming its western boundary; towards the east by the middle of the road forming the eastern boundaries of Lots 14 and 8, of Section 7, Suburbs of Howick; towards the south generally by the middle of the road forming the southern boundaries of Lots 8, 7, and 6 of Section 7 aforesaid, and by the middle of the road forming the north-west boundaries of Lots 4, 5, and 6 of Section 8, Suburbs of Howick, to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 5, Section 12, Suburbs of Howick; towards the south generally by a line to the north-east corner of Lot 5 aforesaid, by Lot 5 aforesaid, Lots 12, 4, 3 of the said section, across a road, and by Lot 1, Section 12 aforesaid, by Lot 8, across a road, and by Lots 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, Section 11, and by a line to the middle of the road forming the west boundary of Lot 1 aforesaid; and towards the west generally by the middle of the road forming the eastern boundary of Section 1, Suburbs of Howick, and the south-eastern boundary of Section 10, Suburbs of Howick, and the western boundaries of Lots 3, 4, 6, 11, and 12 of Section 9, Suburbs of Howick, and the western boundary of Lot 12 aforesaid to the Hauraki Gulf.
