NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of
Beamish's Patent Prismatic Roofing Company (Li-
mited), as required by section 230 of the Companies Act,
1908, will be held at the office of the Liquidator, Wyndham
Chambers, Wyndham Street, Auckland, on Wednesday, the
2nd September, 1914, at 4 p.m.
BUSINESS.—Presentation of the account showing the
manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and
the assets of the company disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general
meeting of the above company held on 8th June,
1914, the following special resolution was passed : " That

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore
subsisting between us, the undersigned, JOHN
MITCHELL and FRANK LONGSHAW, carrying on business in
co-partnership as " Mitchell & Longshaw," at Tapanui, in
Otago, New Zealand, as Carpenters and Builders, was on
the 1st day of April, 1914, dissolved by mutual consent.

BOROUGH OF ONEHUNGA.
SPECIAL ORDER RAISING LOAN AND STRIKING SPECIAL RATE.
RESOLVED.—1. That the Onehunga Borough Council,
in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it
in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, and all
other powers enabling it, raise a special loan of three thousand
eight hundred pounds (£3,800), bearing interest at the rate
of £5 12s. 2d. per annum (including sinking fund), for the
purpose of paying the proportion of the cost of rebuilding
the Mangere Bridge, which the Onehunga Borough Council
was ordered to pay by Warrant under the hand of His Excel-
lency the Governor bearing date the 26th day of June, 1913 ;
and that this resolution operate as a special order.
- That, in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested
in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913,
and all other powers enabling it, the Onehunga Borough
Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of three thousand eight hundred pounds
(£3,800), authorized to be raised by the Onehunga Borough
Council, under the above-mentioned Act, to pay the pro-
portion of the cost of rebuilding the Mangere Bridge, which
the Onehunga Borough Council was ordered to pay by
Warrant under the hand of His Excellency the Governor
bearing date the 26th day of June, 1913, the Onehunga
Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of
one penny and one-eighth (1 1/8 d.) in the pound upon the
annual rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough
of Onehunga ; and that such special rate shall be an annual-
recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be pay-
able annually during the currency of such loan, being a
period of thirty-six and a half (36 1/2) years from the date of
the issue of the debentures for the said loan, or until the loan
is fully paid off.
The above special orders were made on the 13th day of
July, 1914, and confirmed on the 10th day of August, 1914.
The common seal of the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses
of the Borough of Onehunga was hereto affixed at a meeting
of and by order of the Onehunga Borough Council on the
10th day of August, 1914, in the presence of—

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
existing between us in which we carried on the busi-
ness of Plumbers at Mount Albert, in the Provincial District
of Auckland, under the style of " Wilcox & Ryland," has
been dissolved by mutual consent as from the first day of
December, 1912. All debts owing by the late firm will be
paid by ALFRED ERNEST WILCOX, and all debts owing to
the late firm are to be paid to him.

AKAROA COUNTY COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies' Loans Act, 1913, the
Akaroa County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other
charges on a loan of £900, authorized to be raised by the
Akaroa County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for
the purpose of constructing a wharf and a road thereto in
Robinson's Bay, the said Akaroa County Council hereby
makes and levies a special rate of nine twenty-fifth parts of
a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable
property within the Robinson's Bay Wharf and Road Special-
rating Area, comprising the lands within the following
boundaries :—
Commencing on the One-chain Reserve above high-water
mark at the south-east corner of Rural Section 2114 ;
thence north-easterly by the south-eastern boundary of
such section to the Old Okains Road ; thence north-
easterly by that road to its junction with the New Okains
Road at the north-eastern corner of Rural Section 9481 ;
thence following the New Okains Road in a generally
north-easterly direction to its junction with the Summit
Road ; thence in a generally south-easterly direction
along that road to the southernmost corner of Lot 12 of
D.P. 1410, being part of Rural Section 24727 ; thence in
a northerly direction along the road forming the western
boundary of Lot 12 of D.P. 1410 to the northern bound-
ary of Rural Section 27606 ; thence in a south-westerly
direction along the northern boundary of Rural Sec-
tion 27606 to the road forming the north-eastern bound-
ary of Rural Section 22920 ; thence in a north-westerly
direction along that road to the south-eastern boundary
of that parcel of land comprised in certificate of title,
Volume 183, folio 76, and being part of Lot 9 of D.P.
1410 ; thence in a north-westerly direction by the
eastern boundary of that land to the north-eastern
corner of that land ; thence in a south-westerly direction
to the north-western boundary of that land ; thence in
a north-westerly direction by the eastern boundary of
Rural Section 18833 to the road at the northern boundary
of that section ; thence along the road adjoining or
intersecting Rural Sections 18833, 13691, 5094, 4351,
941, 908, 2118, and 922 in a generally south-westerly
direction to where such road terminates on the eastern
boundary of Rural Section 580 ; thence in a south-
westerly direction by a straight line to the One-chain
Reserve above high-water mark on the point dividing
German and Robinson's Bays ; thence by the One-chain
Reserve to the commencing-point, and comprising the
